Rescue Ace post-BPRO

Pure RA with the new support from Burst Protocol, this deck is still good, and the new support does help the deck, but this archetype wont't be getting any tops anytime soon unfortunately.

If OSS was ubanned I would almost certainly be playing it with 3 x Diabellstars and a small Snake Eye package. Because of this I am playing as many starters as I can to make sure we have something to do when the inevitable handtrap is activated. The pots are included in these as they can potentially dig for such starters, hence why I've included two of Arbitrator and Prom Prin as Prosp cost and to prevent Extrav stopping the main link play this deck goes for.

A well timed Nib still ruins this deck and droll can be played through but is also still a problem, hence why this deck isn't meta. We have evenly's and Purulia's in the side for going second and plenty of Solemn's for going first. As for Dominus restrictions, it's only non-engine that is restricted by activating from hand so keep that in mind, the extra is all dark and fire.

As for the new cards, Arbitrator is a good boss montser and allowing regular access to HQ is a massive bonus to this decks grind game, you may even consider playing two HQ to benefit from this in grinds. I just wish it did anything on destruction of itself to really gel it together with the Prom Prin you would have used to link climb to it. Quick Attacker is also useful as an extra starter although its annoying that it locks you into fire ED monsters. It would be nice if it had quick effects as it effects but I understand that RA Impulse is already fulfilling that niche for the deck. It would be nice if both cards did a bit more but they're still good additions and Blazing Dominion should give this deck some moreuseful cards.

Lastly this deck is probably better when accompanied with some popular engines. The most obvious and simplest to run is Fiendsmith which was great while Moon was legal but is less consistent now, runnable but nothing ground breaking. The more interesting engine I've seen used is an Azamina one to give the deck an omni-negate in Illia Silvia so I'd go for that one if you desire a side-engine to RA. Neither of these options will make the deck competitive in the current meta, but the deck can still compete at the local and potentially regional level as well.
