This deck is meant to be a standard red dragon archfiend deck, but with a pretty good ability to search out hand traps as well.
Black Witch is both level 4 and able to search out any handtrap when combined with crimson resonator.
skull miester is generic handtrap that also works as a non tuner for the deck.
burning soul allows you to regain any handtrap from the grave then quick syncro, which could be used to dodge effects on your oppenents turn, make them untargetable, and go through dark ruler no more all while letting you get skull miester or effect vieler, neither of which are once per turn.
you can take out red reign, i just like the card.
