The decision to main Crossout in this list is due to Raider's Knight being the clearest target of Imperm/Veiler/Mourner

Soul Release in the side deck is mainly due to the prevalence of Snake-Eyes interaction for the grave.
Targets you're looking to hit are Garunix, Promethean Princess, Ponix, Original Sin, Wanted, Oak, and Flamberg if against Fire-King.

Overall though, board breakers are currently being used against Fiendsmith, so possibly replace Soul Release for Droplet or Raigeki

If you wish to reduce down to 40 cards,
You can cut Swallow's Cowrie 
OR
You can cut Phantom Knights' RUM Force + Foolish Burial + Simorgh, Bird of Perfection

I couldn't make room for Evilswarm Nightmare in this list, but if you decide to take out Phantom Knights' RUM Force, you should replace
Dark Requiem XYZ dragon + Dark Rebellion Dragon
w/
Evilswarm Nightmare + Raidraptor Revolution Falcon

The second copy of Raider's Knight could be replaced with Evilswarm Nightmare.
(Just remember to try and use Raidraptor - Roost to return your only copy of Raider's Knight for a better grind game)
