Quick draw (Budget List)

 I find that these decks are not only incredibly cheap to play but also very beginner-friendly. Giving a new player a simple win condition and teaching them how to get to that win-con is very helpful in teaching new players. It also makes sideboarding not as difficult to explain to new players as some other decks. Most Otk decks are not very good at all going first, so most opponents intuitively will choose to go second game 2 and thus will give the new player an immediate understanding of what is put in their sideboard (Cards that both counter the metagame and are good to have going first). Since games wrap up in a couple of turns it means most beginners won't get stressed out over time rules and get them used to a more fast-paced gameplay than most other card games.

That tangent aside this deck is designed to Otk as efficiently as possible. The Yosenjus all have a double summon effect and as long as you have 2 in hand you can summon Utopia Double whose ability in tandem with either double or nothing hits for 10,000 damage or Utopia Beyond hitting for 6000 with its effect easily Otking through most monsters. If you lose access to double or nothing with Pot of Desires banish effect, the Kaiju engine and Alpha can easily to lvl 8s on board to summon Number 38: Draglubion whose eff brings out a Number 101: Numeron Dragon whose attack goes 9000 to finish the game that way. Everything is to help consistency (Pot of Desires/Trade-in) and every other card is different forms a removal. the win con is simple, wipe the opponent's board and hit for 8000+ damage for the win. This deck is adaptable, cheap, and very beginner-friendly to new players.
