This deck uses the Purrely strategy while using the Kashtira cards as an additional engine to maintain advantage in simpler game states and to add more strength to the usual Purrely end board.
Purulia can be swapped for Fuwalos if you want to, it just isn't optimal. For questions or advice, feel free to chuck down a comment and I'll get to it as soon as possible.
