Pure Ryzeal

High consistency with small world + tachyon [swap out post side into droll].  Deck bridge with small world + 18 hand traps.  If you get drolled you can end on bagooska with 1-3 handtraps to force your opponent into a half board.

Starting hand if you have no names you usually search Ice for most flexibility.  After resolving tachyon or small world - if your opponent drolls you, you can access star + cross, if they chain fuwaloss to your normal summon of Ice, you can summon sword add ext and make bagooska. 

The deck is a mid-range tool box deck.  Well situated list with strong matchup into Mitsu Ryzeal, Orcust, and rogue.  Maliss matchup is fair.
