On this PURE series, I will post some pure decks WITHOUT HTs, FLOODGATES and Solemns, for you who want to play with a extremely "4fun" deck. Additionally, will be only permit 13 non-archetype cards, while 3 of these must be combo cards, and until 3 cards non-archetype in extra.
Rikka it's not a very strong deck, maybe the weaker of this serie. The combo will depends of the hand, and the player don't need to know about the deck to play.
