You need a good hand to start, and you can finish in 1-2 turns if you have many monster cards.
CD Core for searching Cyber Emergency, then find another CD monster
CD Nachster can be Special Summoned by sending CD Herz to the GY to activate Herz's effect, or sending Cyber Dragon to summon it by another effect of Nachster.
CD Drei is for XYZ Summon, to summon CD Nova and then CD Infinity, which is a necessary card with ablity to negate effect of any cards by detaching 1 material and to attach one Face-up Attack Position card to it as a material
Limiter Removal is useful for OTK, and you can use all monsters on the field to fusion summon Chimeratech overdragon
Cyber Network is very important, allowing player to summon banished monsters, especially when many spell cards in this deck involves banishing monster . As an alternative, you can use cyberload fusion to send all the banished monsters to the deck.
There's two way to play this deck. If you want to play safe and slowly, you should summon those Fusion Cyber Dragon, Chimeratech Rampage can destroy spell and trap cards, while Cyber End Dragon can inflict piercing damage. Or if you want OTK, you can use such cards as Power Bond or Limiter Removal for double the ATK or banish monsters and then use cybernetic fusion to summon a chimeratech overdragon with super high ATK up to 8000-9000 if have enough banished cards.
