This is a Pure Blue-Eyes White Dragon deck made for fun, casual play. It is made more so with the idea of "beating down" your opponent using Blue-Eyes White Dragon and its alternative forms to attack for massive damage. This is probably the most casual deck I have made, and I have a lot of fun with it when I do super casual duels :)
Beginners can also use this deck, but I don't recommend it since this list is really just a pile of cards XD Super fun casually though!
You can switch around a bunch of cards in this deck to whatever may suit you. You can add more "Blue-Eyes" cards, add more of the modern "Blue-Eyes" cards, add some generic Dragon support cards, add more casual cards, add hand traps, add board breakers, change around some of the "Blue-Eyes" cards, change the deck's goal into using rituals and Blue-Eyes Chaos MAX Dragon, or a more fusion oriented deck into summoning Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon and Blue-Eyes Twin Burst Dragon, and overall just have fun with the deck construction as there is so much Blue-Eyes support.
The Side Deck consists of many Blue-Eyes support cards, as well as the Primite Engine with Primite Dragon Ether Beryl, Primite Lordly Lode, and Primite Drillbeam (and potential with Primite Fusion and Primite Dragon Nether Berzelius). It contains new and old cards to assist in making the deck more casual or more modern.
The Extra Deck consists of many Blue-Eyes cards, new and old. There are also many Extra Deck options you can include that I could not fit into the list. First of the Dragons, Mysterion the Dragon Crown, and Secreterion Dragon can be added for Fusion oriented decks, Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon and its variants can be added for more Xyz oriented decks, Crimson Dragon and Stardust Sifr Divine Dragon can be added for more Synchro oriented decks, you could add more generic monsters for support such as Hieratic Seal of the Heavenly Spheres, or just add more copies of your already existing monsters in the Extra Deck. Whatever may suit you best.
Lastly, there are SO many Blue-Eyes cards and support cards for this Deck that it is very hard to list them all and explain what every single card does, so I won't be doing that here. Sorry!
For this deck, it is more focused on the Main Monster of the Deck, Blue-Eyes White Dragon, and using its many support cards in order to summon her out and beat down your opponent with your powerful Blue-Eyes White Lightning Attacks! >:D
And as for a Deck explanation, it's Blue-Eyes. The explanation is stated above. Summon Big Monster. Big Monster Attack. Also, I won't be going into explaining every single Blue-Eyes card out there nor get into the more modern cards, sorry!
The combos of this deck are very easy and simple, and I would say it is more so on the simpler times and "old school" Yu-Gi-Oh! where combos don't really exist. But I will still TRY to give one at the very least.
A sample combo for this deck is (Dragon Shrine and either Silver's Cry or Return of the Dragon Lords in hand):
Activate Dragon Shrine send Blue-Eyes White Dragon, and additionally send The White Stone of Ancients (You can also send Blue-Eyes Jet Dragon with this effect for a different combo). Activate Silver's Cry or Return of the Dragon Lords to summon Blue-Eyes White Dragon. PaSs.
During the End Phase, activate The White Stone of Ancients' effect to Special Summon one of your "Blue-Eyes" Monsters from the deck. Good targets can be Dragon Spirit of White or perhaps even Blue-Eyes Jet Dragon.
If you used Return of the Dragon Lords to "Monster Reborn" Blue-Eyes, it also has a Graveyard effect to protect one of your Dragon monsters from destruction by card effect or battle once by banishing itself from the Graveyard. If you had Silver's Cry, you could also instead set it in order to activate it during your opponent's turn, as it is a quick-play spell.
As you can see, this is a VERY casual deck and is definitely made with the intention of playing a more old-school version of Yu-Gi-Oh! and other more casual decks.
With the added modern cards, though, more combos can actually be seen. Up to the point of actually having an actual "modern" board with just a one and a half card combo. I will give a combo with this thought.
This gets into more modern and competitive play, so if you don't really care for this, you can skip the rest of what I say and stop here :)
Another sample combo is (Sage with Eyes of Blue + one other card in hand):
Normal Summon Sage with Eyes of Blue. Activate its effect to add Maiden of White. Activate Maiden of White to discard herself from the hand to place True Light. Activate True Light to set Wishes for Eyes of Blue. Activate said Wishes to discard 1 card and add any Level 1 Light Tuner (I'll pick The White Stone of Ancients here, sure. Normally, it's Effect Veiler if you add it to the deck for an extra hand trap) and add Roar of the Blue-Eyed Dragons. Link into Spirit with Eyes of Blue and activate its effect to add Mausoleum of White to the hand. Activate Roar of the Blue-Eyed Dragons to Special Summon a Blue-Eyes White Dragon from the deck. Activate Maiden of White to Special Summon her from the Graveyard.
From here, you can ALSO activate Wishes for Eyes of Blue's graveyard effect to banish itself to equip Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon to Blue-Eyes White Dragon, and then tribute this Blue-Eyes equipped with a Fusion Monster to the Graveyard to Special Summon Blue-Eyes Tyrant Dragon from the Extra Deck.
Tribute Spirit with Eyes of Blue to Special Summon Blue-Eyes White Dragon from the Graveyard. Activate Mausoleum of White and target Maiden, then chain Maiden of White to activate her effect to Special Summon Sage with Eyes of Blue from the Graveyard. Mausoleum of White will send another Blue-Eyes White Dragon from the Deck to the Graveyard. Now Synchro Summon with both Blue-Eyes monsters and both tuners to Blue-Eyes Spirit Dragon or even an Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon or Lightstorm Dragon that I provided in the list. Pass.
Now, if this deck was actually competitive or "meta", you could summon Blue-Eyes Ultimate Spirit Dragon and Crimson Dragon, which would summon Stardust Sifr Divine Dragon. You could also pass turn, wait for your opponent to do a move, and then summon them both out or one at a time, or summon them the Draw Phase of your opponent's turn. You can also do a neat little trick by "teching" in a copy of Synchro Rumble, and whenever you summon Crimson Dragon, you can add Synchro Rumble and use it to summon yet another tuner to the field. You can potentially summon 3 Blue-Eyes Spirit Dragon with this, which would allow you to summon Crimson Dragon during your opponent's turn to summon another Level 12 Synchro Monster such as Cosmic Blazar Dragon. If you added a Dragon Master Magia package, Roar of the Blue-Eyed Dragons allows you to Fusion Summon a Blue-Eyes monster by banishing Roar and using cards on the hand or field as fusion material. You could also use Ultimate Fusion to Fusion Summon it as well.
As you can see here, the modern cards actually add a LOT with just a couple of the cards added into the Deck, and it's still keeping its "Pure" identity as a Pure Blue-Eyes Deck, which is pretty cool. :)
Overall, no matter how you choose to play Blue-Eyes, it is a very fun deck with so much flexibility for more fun, or more competitive mindsets. I hope you enjoy!
Edit: Changed Deck Category from Non-Meta Decks to Fun/Casual Decks since I didn't know that was an option at the time of the original writing. Whoops!
Edit 2: Made LOTS of changes to the Deck List: Cards in Deck changed from 49 -> 60; removed 1 copy of: Blue-Eyes Jet Dragon, The Melody of Awakening Dragon, Majesty with Eyes of Blue, and Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon; moved regular Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon, and Lightstorm Dragon to the Side Deck; added Ancient Rules to the Side Deck for consideration; moved Neo Kaiser Sea Horse and Blue-Eyes Chaos MAX Dragon from Side to Main Deck; added 1 copy of: Wishes for Eyes of Blue, Roar of the Blue-Eyed Dragons, Mausoleum of White, Ultimate Fusion, Chaos Form, Beacon of White, Majesty of the White Dragons, Destined Rivals, Maiden of White, Kaibaman the Legend, Blue-Eyes Chaos MAX Dragon, One for One to the Main Deck; added Crimson Dragon, Stardust Sifr Divine Dragon, and Cosmic Blazar Dragon to the Extra Deck (I know these aren't PURE Blue-Eyes, but they're there is you want to do the more modern plays. You can removed them if you want and add other Blue-Eyes monsters :> ); formatting, grammar, and spelling errors.
Edit 3: Moved Cosmic Blazar Dragon from Extra Deck to Side Deck; moved Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon from Side Deck to Extra Deck; moved Neo Kaiser Sea Horse from Main Deck to Side Deck; added First of the Dragonlords and First of the Dragons into Side Deck for consideration; removed Master with Eyes of Blue from Side Deck; removed 1 copy of Kaibaman the Legend, Blue-Eyes Chaos MAX Dragon, Ultimate Fusion; moved Cards of Consonance and Trade-In from Side Deck to Main Deck; added Rage with Eyes of Blue into Main Deck; all can still be consider; overall made the Deck LESS consistent and more casual and pure
Also yes. Normal Summon Kaibaman and tribute to summon Blue-Eyes White Dragon Pass is great :)
