Predaplant

"Predaplant Flytrap", "Predaplant Drosera Squid", "Predaplant Pterapenthes", "Predaplant Dragostapelia", "Predaplant Spinodionaea", and "Predaplast" have effects that put Predator Counters on the opponent's monsters, making them Level 1 monsters that hinder the Ritual, Synchro and Xyz Summons and punish the opponent for having the "Predator Counters" in the first place. "Predaplanet" punishes the opponent for the loss of a monster with "Predator Counters" allowing the player to add a "Predap" card to their hand.

"Clamidorosolis Predaplant" is simply an extra "Polymerization" when on the field; one that can also use an opponent's monster with a Predator Counter on it as a DARK Fusion Material, making the Fusion Summon of "Starving Venom Fusion Dragon" and "Predaplant Chimerafflesia" easy, as well as potentially getting rid of the monster adversary problem.

"Predaplant Drosera Calamar" and "Predaplant Nepenthes Morena" can combine through most of the opponent's monsters.

"Lone Fire Bloom" can Special Summon another copy of it and be used in combination with "Miraculous Fertilizer" (doesn't matter if the effect is only used once) to fix the Graveyard for effects like "Soul Charge and swarm the field."Super Solar Nutrient" can be combined with the effect of "Predaplant Flytrap" in order to Summon "Predaplant Clamidorosolis" and use the opponent's monster with the Predator Counter for a Fusion Summon.

"Predaplant" has a very useful engine in the form of "Predaplant Ophrys Scorpion" and "Predaplant Darlingtonia Cobra"; "Scorpion Ophrys" can Special Summon "Darlingtonia Cobra" directly from the Deck, triggering the latter's effect to seek a "Polymerization" or "Fusion" Spell. The combination can only be used once per Duel, but it is very powerful; preparing either a Fusion Summon or a Rank 3 Summon along with a Fusion Summon of cards such as "Brilliant Fusion" and "Instant Fusion".

weaknesses

This archetype is based on Special Summoning, so cards like "The Futility of Vanity" will decrease the archetype's effectiveness.

"Predaplant" cards rely on Predator Counters for their effects. Cards like "Counter Cleaner" or using the affected monsters as materials will be effective.

Predator Counters hardly affect Xyz Monsters, since they don't have Levels.

"Hallowed Light" paralyzes the archetype due to its DARK monster Summoning and monster attack declaration restrictive effects.
