Plant is one of those 201 IQ decks that no one can play, but when they pretend they can, it can make a pretty board at a pretty fair price for Yu-Gi-Oh standards. So since no one can fathom the way to play this pile except for Sunseed Jess, here's the entire decklist and explanations:
MAIN:
3x Loci: The backbone of the deck and its main starter. The only vanilla monster that can turn into 7+ interruptions.
2x Twin: Twin is the definition of a "garnet", or a card you NEVER want to draw. So just in case you actually get unlucky enough you DO draw him, you have another one as a backup and the one in hand as a discard fodder for Blend.
2x Rosalina: Another one card combo starter. While she isn't nearly as good as a starter as Loci or Seed, she can get your combo going and is also a key extender in other combos.
1x Laurel: She is the one that actually starts your Jasmine shitshow and makes her such a warcrime enabler she is, ESPECIALLY in the Cactus Bouncer line.
1x Aromage Jasmine: Cactus line enabler.
3x Princess: She is a very important extender and a monster negate in the GY too. Also a free summon is never bad.
1x Mudan: A Konkon search and an another body for link summoning or tributing.
1x Snowdrop: The one that allows Teardrop to be summoned without losing your omni-negate (Regulus).
1x Petal: She searches for Snowdrop and is ANOTHER body for link climbing.
3x Lily: The decks most important extender. She not only searches for Regulus and enables his summon when in GY, but also lets you go into your 2nd Jasmine, which is crucial for this deck.
1x Regulus: An omni negate that is also hard to beat over when equipped with Lily. Very good.
3x Seed: Another card like Rosalina who is both a starter AND an extender. Easily one of the most important cards in the deck.
1x Beetle: Another garnet used for link summoning and further extending.
1x Cactus: The strongest card you can have on your endboard and one of the strongest floodgates to ever be printed into the game. Since he has 1800 ATK he's also hard to beat over with just a single normal summon.
1x Whip: Another brutal floodgate you can have that protects you from things such as Dark Ruler or Droplet. Also a part of you regular Loci combo in MD.
2x Blossom: Another card that is both a starter and an extender. Unlike the others, however, it is not a once per turn at all, so it can fulfil BOTH roles in the same combo.
3x Ash, 1x Nibiru and 2x Veiler: Pretty self-explanatory.
2x Sowing: Just like Twin, you do not want this in your opening hand, so play 2 as backup.
1x Blend: Used to both place Humid straight to S/T and banish from GY to summon Magnolia.
2x Konkon: Unlike others I play at 2, this one is not so catastrophical if you open it. You can side for just one.
1x Colloseum: Used to search Regulus in all the combos and also get banished by Rosemary in the Cactus Bouncer line.
Dai, One for One and Roar: All are one card combo starter for your Loci combos.
3x Triple: A really good board breaker and also a response when getting hand trapped. You can side it out if you want.
1x Called by: The best anti-handtrap card you can ever have.
1x Crossout: The same as Called by, except you can also use it when you get Nibiru'd. You do have to have the same handtrap you want to stop in your deck, though.
3x Dark ruler: The best board breaker in the game. It does come with a drawback of protecting you opponent for a turn, but it does allow you to make a board on turn 2.
1x Winds: Another extender that both adds Rosalina to your hand and also enables further Jasmine bullshittery. PRO TIP: ALWAYS chain Winds' second effect to the first, so you can chainblock itself from getting Ashed.
1x Sheet: One of many interruptions you can, and SHOULD have on your end board.
3x Imperm: Veiler on steroids.
EXTRA:
Dryas: The deck's second most important extra deck monster. Always play 2 in MD, since it allows for much stronger Loci combos.
Melias: I don't even know what it does. Just put another Dryas in MD instead of this thing.
Healer: Jasmine enabler. You can play 2 in MD, but it works perfectly even with only one.
Trasher: The substitute for the 2nd Healer.
3x Jasmine: If Loci is the backbone of this deck, Jasmine is its brain and heart. It is by far the most important card in the entire deck that allows for many, MANY war crimes and bullshittery to happen. Some people play only 2, but some combos utilize all 3, you should play them all.
Rosemary: Also a very important combo enabler. Just see the combos.
Soldier: Another extender in many combos, most notably the Loci and Seed ones.
Dancepione: Another extender. Her first effect is not very good and is RNG dependant, so don't use it. She allows for Strenna summon.
Resurgent: A good boss monster to have on your end board, since it's a free spin. Also who gave him his first name???
Magnolia: A very good protection, since it protects your Cactus board from things like Lightning Strom or Raigeki.
Teardrop: A free removal that is almost impossible to dodge, allowing you to get rid of strong bosses like Dragoon.
Strenna: Idk she does someting.
Beast: A free spell negate that also resets itself every turn. Very good.
NOTES AND TIPS:
I have Shifter in my side because this deck can actually play under it. Not very good, sure, but you can side it if you play against something like Tearlaments, Branded or any Fiendsmith variation.
With 17 one card starters on 60 cards, the chances of you drawing a one card starter in your opening hand are 28.33% per card, giving the deck insane consistency. Just pray that your opponent either didn't draw any handtraps or that you drew a Called by and/or Crossout.
EDIT: I took out Load, 1 Rosalina and 1 Blossom to add Dark ruler from side to main and added 3 thrust to side.
