This is the strongest Penguin deck you have ever set your eyes upon (or at least till the new penguin support comes to the TCG). just get no penguin into your GY and use penguin flips and effects to keep the board clear till you get enough monsters on the board to get your Synchros off. You basically, play around penguin heroes and getting it off you have a few other sychros and xyz monsters if you cant get penguin hero off. Just Banish the enemy monsters and hit face... that's pretty much it have fun.
