I've gotten tired of seeing DPE/Scythe lock splashed in several decks. It's gotten boring seeing the same thing produced in a lot of decks. Here's something different that can still compete. Put up a similar board with an omni-negate.
EDIT: I decided to go ahead and add in Dark Charmer Gloomy. The card releases in a few days.(2/11) I took out Arc Rebellion for it's spot.
