1/2 of Chimera is Berfomet who is a Level 5 Fiend monster, so you have cards like Gazelle the King of Mythical Claws who searches Level 5 Fiend monsters. And it just happens so that Earthbound Prisoner Stone Sweeper, the Deck's Tuner searcher and free Level 5 body, is a Level 5 Fiend Monster that is searchable off of Gazelle. With Earthbound Servants focusing both on Synchro Summoning and Fusion Summoning, we can make use of their Fusion gimmicks to set-up your Phantom Beast Fusions while also making Synchro plays.
For the Earthbound Prisoners: 3 Earthbound Prisoner Stone Sweeper, 2 Earthbound Prisoner Line Walker, and 3 Earthbound Prisoner Ground Keeper. Stone Sweeper discards itself to search a Level 3 or lower Fiend Tuner from Deck because of this, it gives you access to both Line Walker and Ground Keeper, but it can also search something like Vision Resonator which is another good card for the Deck, but we are not playing it as it isn't necessary when we are focusing both on ending on Synchros and Fusions. Stone Sweeper is also a free Special Summon from hand if there is a Field Spell on board which gives you access to a Level 5 body for Synchro plays. Line Walker searches either Earthbound Prison or Harmonic Synchro Fusion from Deck or GY on Summon and it can banish itself from GY to shuffle back an Extra Deck monster your opponent controls for them to Special another one of the same name from Extra Deck. Obviously, this is meant to counter Pendulums as they return to Deck not Extra Deck, but it does help set-up Geo Kraken's effect which is something. You only need to play 2 of this card as you really don't want it to be your Normal Summon since getting it off of Ground Keeper is way better for more bodies on field. Ground Keeper Summons a Level 5 or lower Earthbound monster from Deck or GY on Summon. That is basically all you are using it for, but if you keep it on field, then it gives all Earthbound Monsters battle and destruction protection while there is a Field Spell which is something. For the Phantom Beast stuff: 1 Berfomet the Great Wings which searches a Level 4 Beast and/or a Chimera Fusion from Deck. You usually aren't using this effect as it Fusion locks you, but if it is sent to the GY as Fusion Material, it summons back an Illusion monster from GY which can get you either Koator or Mirror Swordsman for a Level 4 body for Synchro Summons. 3 Gazelle the King of Mythical Claws which searches a Level 5 Fiend or Chimera Fusion on Summon and adds an Illusion monster from Deck when sent to the GY as Fusion Material. Again, this card can searth Stone Sweeper which gives you access to Ground Keeper which basically gives you access to all of your Earthbounds so long as you have Prison as well. 3 Cornfield Koator which discards itself to search a monster that mentions Chimera Fusion, and you can banish it from GY to negate an effect that targets a card you control while you control Chimera the Flying Mythical Beast. 2 Mirror Swordsman which is a Quick Effect to Tribute itself to Special Summon a monster that mentions Chimera Fusion from Deck and it can banish itself from GY to negate a monster effect on field if you control Chimera the Flying Mythical Beast. We are only playing 2 because if you draw it, it is functionally another Normal Summon and while it can grab you Gazelle, it doesn't help if you draw more than 1 and you can send it off of the Berfomet Fusion anyways for the monster negate. Then, we are playing 1 each of the original Berfomet and Gazelle the King of Mythical Beasts to summon off of Chimera Fusion. Finally, 3 Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring.
For Spell/Traps: 1 One for One for Ground Keeper. 3 Chimera Fusion which Fusion Summons any Fusion Monster as long as it uses a Beast or Fiend which means that you can also Fusion Summon Earthbound Servants with it. If it is in GY and you control Chimera the Flying Mythical Beast, you can add it back to hand or banish it to Summon Gazelle and Berfomet from Deck and/or GY. 1 Harmonic Synchro Fusion which uses a Tuner and a Non-Tuner to Summon both a Fusion and a Synchro from Extra Deck by using those monsters. This card is OPT and the monsters are not properly summoned meaning that any effect that activates on Fusion Summon or Synchro Summon doesn't activate. Mainly, you are just using it to set up your plays after searching it off of Line Walker. 1 Crossout Designator and 1 Called by the Grave. 3 Earthbound Prison which is a monster negate on activation and gives an extra Normal Summon of an Earthbound monster. When it is destroyed by your opponent's card effect while you have an Earthbound on field or in GY, you can halve your opponent's life points and negate all face-up cards they control. It is something, but I doubt that your opponent is stupid enough to do it unless they have nothing on board. This card is everything for the Deck. The extra Normal Summon is so important for getting your plays through. 1 Despia, Theater of the Branded which is just a Fusion Spell for a Level 8 or higher monster. It gets you Earthbound Fusions, it gets you Chimera stuff if you haven't got Chimera Fusion, and it even gives you an extra Chimera Fusion Monster if you Summoned Berfomet and Gazelle off of Chimera Fusion. This is your search off of Ancient Fairy Dragon. Another option is Starlight Junktion to Tribute a monster to summon a Synchron Tuner from Deck. It gives you much needed access to Tuners later into your combos, but being able to Fusion Summon when you have no Tuners for Synchro plays is also very good and requires less bricks. 1 Terraforming and finally 3 Infinite Impermanence.
Extra Deck: 1 Chimera the Illusion Mythical Beast. This card negates a monster's effect and changes its ATK to 0 after it battles and neither monster can be destroyed by that battle which helps immensely for OTKs, especially since it can make multiple attacks. 1 Berfomet the Phantom Beast Dark Ruler which sends a Beast, Fiend, or Illusion monster from Deck to GY when it is Fusion Summoned and it can be banished from GY to Special 1 of your banished Beast, Fiends, or Illusion monsters. It's Summoning Conditions are very simple and it dumps either Koator or Mirror Swordsman (whichever you are missing). I would play 2, but the Extra Deck is pretty tight. 2 Chimera the Phantom Beast King which sends a random card from your opponent's hand during the End Phase of the turn its Fusion Summoned and it banishes itself to Summon a Beast, Fiend, or Illusion from GY. This is usually the Fusion that you will be Summoning off of Harmonic Synchro Fusion, but keep in mind that it will not hand rip your opponent as it wasn't Summoned properly. The more important thing is that you are getting it in rotation to have its GY effect available. If you have OG Berfomet and Gazelle from Chimera Fusion, you can use Theater of the Branded to make it for the hand rip eitherway. 1 Earthbound Servant Geo Kraken which searches a Field Spell from Deck or GY on Special Summon and it can pop all monsters that your opponent Special Summoned in the turn if a monster is Special Summoned from your opponent's Extra Deck and then it burns for 800 per monster. 1 Earthbound Servant Geo Gremlina. I'm decisive about this card. It just seems too good not to play. And by that I mean that you can Quick Fusion it off of Geo Gremlin during the Battle Phase to add an Earthbound for a follow-up play next turn, it can make DARK Synchro direct attack, and it burns equal to a destroyed monster's ATK which helps to close out games quickly, especially with Geo Kraken and Illusion Chimera. 1 Baronne de Fleur. 1 Navy Dragon Mech which negates face-up cards up to the number of Tuners in your GY when it is Special Summoned and it can add back a Tuner when destroyed by a card effect. You Quick Synchro into this card with Accel Stardust Dragon with Ground Keeper to do it on your opponent's turn. 1 Crystal Wing Synchro Dragon. 1 Accel Synchro Stardust Dragon. 1 Stardust Dragon for Accel Stardust. 1 Earthbound Servant Geo Gryphon which Quick Effect Summons an Earthbound from GY. You can get something like Ground Keeper for battle and destruction protection and its either player's turn, so you can Synchro climb too. When its destroyed by your opponent's card effect, it pops a card and burns your opponent for 300 for every EArthbound monster with different names on field and in GY. 1 Ancient Fairy Dragon. 1 Earthbound Servant Geo Gremlin which is a Quick Effect for your opponent to choose to pop a monster they control or for your to gain LP equal to its ATK, but it mainly is a Quick Fusion during the Battle Phase. 1 Garden Rose Flora which is just a Level 5 Synchro Tuner. You can choose to play Garden Rose Maiden instead if you want a nontuner.
