Pegasus - Madolche Petingcessoeur [High Rogue]

Power: High Rogue (7.4/10) - This is a TCG-legal Link Evolution card-pool Madolche combo deck built around Madolche Petingcessoeur, Madolche Anjelly, Madolche Hootcake, Madolche Messengelato, Madolche Chateau, Madolche Ticket, and Madolche Queen Tiaramisu. It keeps Pegasus's dessert-showman identity while cleaning up the legality issues: the old triple PSY-Framegear Gamma package is gone because Gamma is now Limited, and forbidden Abyss Dweller has been replaced by Number 60: Dugares the Timeless. It stays High Rogue because the core still converts compact starters into non-targeting shuffle removal and strong follow-up, but it is not full modern Madolche because Salon and Promenade are outside the Link Evolution pool.

Consistency: Strong. Magileine, Anjelly, Petingcessoeur, Hootcake, Messengelato, Chateau, Ticket, Terraforming, Called by the Grave, and Monster Reborn give the deck many ways to reach a playable Madolche line. Droll & Lock Bird is capped at two for current TCG legality, while Effect Veiler and Infinite Impermanence add interaction without needing the old Gamma/Driver brick.

Ceiling: High for this card pool. Queen Tiaramisu gives non-targeting shuffle removal, Teacher Glassouffle protects and recycles, Chocolat-a-la-Mode extends pressure, Fresh Sistart protects the backrow engine, and Borrelsword or Dugares can help convert a cleared board into lethal damage.

Recovery: Strong. Chateau and Ticket recycle Madolche monsters back into hand or deck, Glassouffle recycles resources, and the Madolche monsters naturally avoid staying spent in the graveyard. The deck can rebuild well after trading, provided Chateau or Ticket survives long enough to generate value.

Going first/second: Flexible. Going first, the deck wants to establish Chateau/Ticket pressure with Madolche Nights, Infinite Impermanence, Ash Blossom, Droll, or Veiler as backup. Going second, Tiaramisu is the main payoff, backed by Raigeki, Mind Control, Dark Ruler No More, Evenly Matched, Twin Twisters, Artifact Lancea, and Nibiru from the side.

Choke points: Stop Petingcessoeur or Anjelly before the engine reaches Hootcake and Messengelato. Remove Chateau or Ticket before the recycle loop snowballs. Interrupt Queen Tiaramisu before it shuffles cards back. Force early hand traps into the graveyard if you can, because Petingcessoeur needs a clean graveyard to Special Summon itself.

Anjelly summons Hootcake, Hootcake banishes a monster from the graveyard to summon Messengelato, and Messengelato searches Chateau, Ticket, Nights, or Madolchepalooza. Petingcessoeur summons Puddingcess from the Deck and opens the Rank 4 Madolche line into Teacher, Chocolat-a-la-Mode, and Tiaramisu. Tiaramisu shuffles opposing cards without targeting, then Chateau and Ticket turn the shuffle-back into follow-up. Dugares gives the deck a legal Rank 4 utility slot for draw, revival, or damage-push lines.

This is the Pegasus Challenge Deck version: sweet, theatrical, and still a real combo deck rather than just a novelty pile.
