Strong, versatile, flexible, consistent and resilient: these are the words that I would use to describe this deck.
It is capable of setting multiple disruptions before committing to the normal summon, such as a 3 material "Apollousa" and "Baronne" using the P.U.N.K. engine which you can access through "Emergency Teleport".
You can get your engine going using the following cards: "E. Tele" + any card to pitch
1) use "E. Tele" to summon "Ze Amin"
2) activate "Ze Amin" to add "Foxy Tune"
3) pitch "Foxy" + the fodder to summon "Deer Note"
4) synchro summon into "Chaos Ruler" and go cl1 "Ruler", cl2 "Deer" targeting "Ze Amin"
5) link both monsters away for "Halq" and summon "Shinobi"
From now on you can choose what to do according to the cards in your hand and GY. Also, remember that some handtraps can be avoided just by adding different cards while searching (Ze Amin adds directly Deer Note instead of Foxy, if you have a P.U.N.K. already in hand) and by chainlocking as explained. And if you can't play around them try to force them out or change the combo according to what your opponent may have (summon "The Zombie Vampire" to mill if "Ruler" didn't resolve).
The Orcust engine grants recovery for turn 3, allows you to access an incredible form of negate in "Crescendo" and helps in the grind game.
In conclusion, the deck needs some practice, but if mastered properly is capable of defeating top-tier threats such as Spright and Tear piloted by skillful players.
