Odd-Eyes Nouvelles

The best way to play Nouvelles is to play as little of their cards as possible. You just want to see the funny haha borgar right? So, just play the cards that get you to that the quickest without any dilly dallying in between. Poissoniere de Nouvelles is the best Nouvelles card because it doesnt have all of the targeting and tributing mumbo jumbo like the other cards do. And because it is a Pendulum Monster, why not put it in a Pendulum Deck to back-up your funny Burger. Odd-Eyes, with the new Supreme King cards and the new Exceed the Pendulum, they are a very consistent way to set scales and get monsters on board. Your Odd-Eyes stuff helps with Extra Deck plays and setting up Beyond the Pendulum for Poissoniere for you  to go through both Odd-Eyes/Pendulum plays and your Nouvelles plays pretty easily (or you can just go through all of the Odd-Eyes stuff if you don't see any Nouvelles stuff).

For Rituals, we are playing 1 Odd-Eyes Pendulumgraph Dragon, 1 Hungry Burger, 1 Baelgrill de Nouveles, and 1 Foie Glasya de Nouvelles. Pendulumgraph is a Spell Negate that floats into a Monster Negate, but since we are going to be usually just Pendulum Summoning it, it will just be a Spell Negate. Burger is to summon off of Baelgrill. Baelgrill negates all face-up cards your opponent controls until the End Phase when it is Special Summoned and can Tribute their whole board if it was summoned via a Nouvelles monster's effect. Then, as a Quick Effect, it can tribute an attack position monster your opponent controls and Special Hungry Burger. Foie Glasya gets you to Baelgrill. When a card or effect targets a monster or a monster is targeted for an attack, you can Tribute a Nouvelles and an Attack Position monster to Summon a 5 or 6 Nouvelles Ritual from hand or Deck which is going to be Baelgrill. Balameuniere is a waste of time, Poeltis doesn't directly summon Baelgrill, and setting up with Buerillabaisse takes a lot of resources and deck space. Next, 3 Odd-Eyes Arc Pendulum Dragon. This can Summon an Odd-Eyes from hand, Deck, or GY when an Odd-Eyes is destroyed, but it is mainly here to act as a high scale and as a Normal Dragon send for Dragon Shrine to later summon back off of Exceed the Pendulum. 3 Odd-Eyes Revolution Dragon. This discards itself and pays 500 to search a Level 8 or lower Dragon Pendulum from Deck. This isn't always necessary, but think of it as extra copies of Darkwurm, Arc Pendulum, and Pendulumgraph. 1 Supreme King Gate Zero as a low scale. 3 Supreme King Gate Magician which is one hell of a card. It can be searched off of Darkwurm, it can pop itself in the Pend Zone to set a Gate from hand or Deck, it can send a Pend, Xyz, Synchro, or Fusion Dragon from hand or Extra Deck to GY to Summon itself from hand, and it can add a card that mentions Z-ARC from Deck. It's a starter, it gets you a high or low scale, its an extender, and it can search an extender. 2 Supreme King Dragon Darkwurm which is a send off of Dragon Shrine to Summon itself back to search a Gate, or in this case, Gate Magician. Drawing it is fine, but drawing it in multiples is less fine, so 2 is ideal. 3 Performapal Odd-Eyes Valet and 1 Performapal Odd-Eyes Butler. Valet is a high scale and a free body all in one. It sends a Performapal or Odd-Eyes from Deck to change its level to the sent monster's which means that it can be used for Xyz plays, but it sends Butler who can pop a Performapal or Odd-Eyes card to Summon itself from GY, then, if you pop Valet, it can scale itself, giving you a high scale. 1 Poissoniere de Nouvelles. On Summon, it can add a Level 1 Ritual or a Recipe card from Deck and can scale itself if it is tributed. Its Pendulum Effect changes the position of a monster to Summon itself from the Pend Zone if you control a Ritual, but it isn't really necessary in this Deck. You will be searching this card with Beyond the Pendulum during your combo, so 1 copy is fine. Even hard drawing it is fine as all you are looking to do is Pendulum Summoning it to search the Ritual Spell. 3 Diviner of the Herald which is here to send Herald of the Arc Light from Extra Deck to search a Ritual Monster or Ritual Spell. I wouldn't recommend playing Trias Hierarchia even if Poissoniere is a Level 1 Fairy because Poissoniere can only search a Level 1 Ritual, so it can't search Foie Glasya. Diviner sending Arc Light gives you the option of getting whatever you are missing from your Nouvelles stuff or even Pendulumgraph Dragon if you already have everything. 

For Spell/Traps: 3 Spiral Flame Strike to search an Odd-Eyes monster from Deck or add 1 to hand from Extra Deck. 3 Preparation of Rites which can either search Foie Glasya or Pendulumgraph Dragon. 1 Recette de Viande (Meat Recipe) which is just a Ritual Spell. It doesn't matter if you play this or Recette de Poisson (Fish Recipe) as their additional effects are not live in this Deck. I also would not recommend playing Voici la Carte (Today's Menu) either because your only options for Ritual Monsters in this Deck are Baelgrill and Foire Glasya and while they are both Warriors, allowing you to also get Viande via Voici la Carte, your opponent can just choose to give you Baelgrill which turns off your ability to summon Baelgrill off of Foire Glasya for the most part this means you are not getting the board negate or the board tribute if that happens. 1 One for One. 3 Dragon Shrine. 1 Foolish Burial. 3 The Light-Winged Dragon which adds a Supreme King Dragon or Supreme King Gate Pend Monster from Deck and can Special it instead if you control Z-ARC. Finally, 1 Called by the Grave.

Extra Deck: 1 Supreme King Z-ARC to Summon off of Soul of the Supreme King in the Side Deck which you can also main as it is searchable. 1 Starving Venom Fusion Dragon as a send for Gate Magician and it is also a decent Summon off of Soul of the Supreme King. 1 Odd-Eyes Vortex Dragon which is a Summon off of Absolute Dragon and is a Monster Negate. If we could Ritual Summon Pendulumgraph Dragon, I would play 2, but since we can't, the 1 is enough. 1 Crystal Clear Wing Synchro Dragon which is another send for Gate Magician and is also one of the better Summons off of Soul of the Supreme King as it is a large, unaffected body if your opponent activates a monster effect and is also a Spell/Trap Negate. 1 Odd-Eyes Meteorburst Dragon which is a Summon off of Absolute Dragon and can Summon a monster from the Pend Zone for extension. 1 Herald of the Arc Light to send off of Diviner. 1 Odd-Eyes Absolute Dragon which can Summon an Odd-Eyes monster from your Extra Deck if its Xyz Summoned and sent to the GY. You can totally play 2 of this card for follow-up. The Extra Deck is kinda tight, but I guess you can replace Unicorn for another copy. The same goes for any Rank 7 Xyz. Something like Number 74: Master of Blades (or even Arise-Heart is fine?), but you'd have to find a way to make room for it. 1 Accesscode Talker. 1 Apollousa, Bow of the Goddess. 1 Selene, Queen of the Master Magicians. 1 Knightmare Unicorn. 1 Exceed the Pendulum. This card is just unbelievable. It adds a face-up Pend in your ED to hand on Link Summon and it is a Quick Effect to Summon a Pend from hand or GY whose Level is between your scales. You can even do something like summon it back with Selene after using its effect to Summon a Pend Monster to do it again on your opponent's turn. 1 Beyond the Pendulum which can search Poissoniere for your Nouvelles plays or it can search anything else if you already have it in hand. 1 S:P Little Night which is another incredible card out of AGOV. If it is Link Summoned using an Fusion, Synchro, Xyz, or Link, it can TARGET a card on field or in GY and banish it. Yes, it targets which means that if you make it with Masquerena on your opponent's turn, it triggers Foie Glasya as it just needs any monster to be targeted by an effect. But it can also TARGET 2 face-up monsters on the field, including a monster you control and banish them until the End Phase when your opponent activates a card or effect. Another effect that targets and another possible way to trigger Foie Glasya. And of course, the 1 I:P Masquerena.

Side Deck: 3 Gameciel, the Sea Turtle Kaiju, 3 Dark Ruler No More, 3 Raigeki, 2 Lightning Storm, and 3 Evenly Matched because there ain't no way we beating through an established board pre-side. Finally, 1 Soul of the Supreme King to get Z-ARC on field and then get out something like Crystal CLear Wing when a Spell is activated. You can totally maindeck this card as it is searchable off of Gate Magician.
