The goal is to get into "Morphing Jar" as fast as possible. You can search it by "Gallant Granite" for which you need 2 level 4 monsters or by normalsummoning "Spirit of the fall winds", then you still need to make "Gallant Granite" to specialsummon "Morphing Jar". Funny enough, since "Cyber Jar" is legal, this deck became more consistent. If you have successfully set down "Morphing Jar", you need one opener like "Book of Taiyou" or "A/D Changer" or another 2 level 4 monsters to make "Photon Papilloperative" so you can flip up "Morphing Jar". Then you need cover cards like "Book of Moon", "Invoked Raidjin" or again 2 level 4 monsters to make "Wind-Up Zenmaister". You constantly flip up and down "Morphing Jar" to generate ressources. If your deck count goes lower than your opponents you need to use "needle worm" to mill your opponents deck. Although this build is very consistent, it has a hard time playing around handtraps, but it is possible to do so. Like you can dodge Impermanence with Book.
