Tenshi, if you are reading this, here is a simple guide to the deck:
The deck's goal is simple, to get your large tribute-summoned bodies in the form of Erebus the Underworld Monarch, and Ehther the heavenly Monarch on the field, while having the field spell Domain of Monarch active to lock your opponent out of their extra deck. Erebus's effect is on tribute summon; they send two monarch spells and traps from your hand or deck to the graveyard to shuffle one card your opponent control/ in their hand/ in their graveyard back to their deck. Ehther's effect is mostly similar to Erebus, but they summon a monster from the deck with 2400/2800 atk with 1000 def instead; usually, you would want to summon Kuraz the light Monarch to destroy cards your opponent control, or Delg the shadow monarch to banish cards in their graveyard.
To facilitate the summon of Erebus and Ehther, you have Eda the heavenly Squire, and Eidos the Underworld squire as your go-to tribute summon fodder. Eda will summon Eidos from the deck, which grants you an additional normal summon so that you can tribute summoned the big Monarchs to all your heart's content. You can get to both the Squires and the big Monarchs through the various spells this deck has, such as Pantheism of the Monarch help you two draw cards by discarding a monarch spell card; Return of the Monarch lets you search for any big Monarch from your deck as you conduct your tribute summon, and Tenacity of the Monarch allowing you to search both Pantheism and Return from your deck by revealing a big Monarch in your hand. The other cards in the deck are Stormforth, Prime Monarch, and Escalation. The Monarch Stormforth allows you to tribute summon over one of your opponent's monsters, helping you to get rid of hard to get rid of monsters. Prime Monarch is a continuous trap that allows you to shuffle your banished Monarch spell and traps back to your deck and draw cards, as well as summon itself from the graveyard as a monster by banishing a Monarch spell/trap from your grave. Erupt allows you to tribute summon a monster in your opponent's main or battle phases. Finally, the most important card of the deck is Domain of the Monarch, a field spell that locks your opponent from summoning extra deck monsters and lowers your big Monarch's level so they can be summoned with less tribute.
The other cards of the decks are my tech choices. Vanity's fiend and Majesty Fiend are big tribute-summoned monsters that work alongside the Monarch spell/traps, whose effects are to lock your opponent out of special summoning monsters or activate monster's effects. Reinforcement of the army and One-for-one lets you get to Eda easier. Uncamoflight and Upstart Goblin let you draw more cards, while Uncamoflight also acts as a tribute summoned fodder if you have no monster in your extra deck.
That was my short guide; feel free to ask any questions. Oh, and the deck can be readily built in Master Duel.
