Pretty standard and not much to explain, this is the budget build I play IRL and it's overall surprisingly good.
Master at 2 because you'd like to start with Dragon that search Room, with an access to Dungeon; Cerberus is at 2 cause I like to have more searchable names.
For the Kashtira package you could cut Wraitsoth if you need more space but if you play 2 Unicorn and 1 Fenrir you have to play the field spell IMO.
Bystial package is good, you can replace Baldrake with Druiswurm, up to your preference.
I use the Extra more often than other builds, if you start with Instant Fusion into Restrict (to protect from Ash or HT in general) you can then make Fucho and on turn 3 you basically have a free F0, or a free body in general.
Construct into Winda is nice in theory, but it doesn't come up as often as you could think.
