Mikanko

Mikanko is one of the most underrated decks of the format. It also is so much fun that it isn't real. It did have some tops (proving that it is good enough to be competitive). The best card of the deck is of course Ohime the Manifested Mikanko because of it's ability to search your entire deck by itself. With it also beeing fairy, that gives you ability to play Herald of Orange Light and because it's a ritual monster Diviner of the Herald and Herald of the Arc Light become live. So do the synchro monsters like Geomathmech Final Sigma or Vermillion Dragon Mech. You always go second with this deck and of course you just need 1 Kaiju monster and you will probably win that game, as you will just deal bunch of damage to your opponent. As for budget options, you can use Preparation of Rites instead of Diviner of the Herald and Pot of Extravagence instead of Pot of Prosperity, but you will need to rebuild your extra deck then. Also this deck can go first if forced to, as it can just steal your opponent's monsters by equiping Mikanko Reflection Rondo to them with your Ohime the Manifested Mikanko and Mikanko Rivalry. To get Mikanko Reflection Rondo to the gy, you can either discard it from hand with Ohime the Manifested Mikanko which will then equip it to opponent's monster from gy, or with The Great Mikanko Ceremony which can banish itself to send it to the gy, which also is the only way to summon your Ohime the Manifested Mikanko. Also, Ni-Ni the Mirror Mikanko is a quick effect Change of Heart.
