Mermail Atlantean Ghoti

The main line is the classic mermail atlantean combo, then with abysshrine go for Coelacanth tributing Neptabyss, that will summon dragoons from GY. You will have coelacanth and dragoons on the field. Now use coelacanth's effect to summon shif or keaf and some level 4 (better minairuka because you can summon it from gy with anemone) and use them to summon behemoth, banish psiics from deck, psiics banish shif and search snopios then banish itself or snopios if you need a body to link summon (snopios will come in hand banishing a fish from GY). At this point you detach Dragoons to summon toad, Dragoons triggers and search for some starter and continue the combo.

The end board you get is with toad, neptabyss equipped with kraken or mizuchi (maybe with abyssalacia), arionpos, snopios and heavy infantry in hand. In standby you can special summon shif from banished and go for full ghoti combo, use Abyssalacia to trigger neptabyss and equip another negate, and you can activate Abysshrine from GY to trigger heavy infantry and destroy a card.

The ghoti combo is difficult to use, because Deep Beyond banishes everything, but it can be so useful at the end of the main phase, or in a difficult situation. So be sure to have some starter in the hand, abyssalacia and abysshrine are perfect to search that.

This deck have so much consistency and follow up thanks to Diva and Neptabyss that can one card combo, the end board is pretty strong, but the combo can be stopped easy with some handtraps at the right moment. You can play under Nibiru thanks to the toad, but shifter and droll will destroy the combo. I don't know how to make the side deck yet, but you can make one to replace ghoti engine if necessary with some handtraps and staples like Zealantis, Trishula or Stealth Kragen, maybe you can use crossout and TTT or D barrier. You can also get in Ran Aegirine for a free synchro 10, maybe Gymir or Chengying if you're going second.
