Haven't played TCG in months but came back for a small 8-man locals with Mathmech!
A very standard build, I wanted to cut down enough cards to hit the golden 40-card count while also keeping enough for consistency.
I'm also running only one Mathmech Superfactorial (and such only playing one Primathmech Alembertian ) so I can also play the one Mathmech Induction along with Mathmech Equation.
For my match-ups I went against Madolche, Tri-Brigade Spright, and Marincess.
For Madolche I went second game 1, I was able to Infinite Impermanence one of the XYZ monsters, and used D.D. Crow on an attempt to shuffle a monster in the grave while Madolche Salon was up.
I didn't side for game 2.
For game 2, I went first and set up the standard Cyberse Wicckid , I:P Masquerena , and Linguriboh board with a Mathmech Superfactorial set. On opponent's turn, I made Apollousa, Bow of the Goddess and then made a Primathmech Alembertian . Final turn was an Accesscode Talker for game.
For Tri-Brigade Spright I went first game 1 and set up the standard board (mentioned above). Then made Apollousa, Bow of the Goddess and Primathmech Alembertian with a negate from Mathmech Diameter . I luckily sniped a Triple Tactics Talent from the hand and had enough negates to stop plays.
I sided my Cosmic Cyclones and Harpie's Feather Duster because I wanted a chance to force out the Tri-Brigade Revolt since I was going second.
Game 2 I went second and faced a board with Spright Red , Spright Elf , Ancient Warriors Oath - Double Dragon Lords , and Pitknight Earlie .I opened Duster and my opp revolted early into Tri-Brigade Rugal the Silver Sheller , Opponent DDLed a lil early, and was able to go into a double attacking Accesscode Talker hitting for exact lethal over the Rugal and Pitknight Earlie since 1200 lp was taken for Spright Red .
For Marincess, I went second game 1. Opened with Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring and Effect Veiler so my opponent could only go into the Link-3 marincess with the Marincess Wave in hand. I was able to close it with Accesscode Talker double attacking again.
I sided the same as for my Tri-Spright game.
I went second for game 2, went full combo into Accesscode Talker. I had a Called by the Grave for my opponent's Ghost Belle & Haunted Mansion that was used on my Mathmech Sigma.
Overally really good games, I felt like I sacked pretty hard with the times I drew into my power spells like Pot of Desires , Called by the Grave , and Harpie's Feather Duster. But the consistency of Mathmech really let me play through disruptions before committing to my normal summon.
