Its a goofy monarch deck, basically the combo goes like this. Activate Circular, dump Sigma and Special Circular, Special Summon Sigma, Activate Circular getting Superfactorial, make Alembertian, detach 2 to add Diameter, Tribute Alemberian for effect to summon Diameter, summon either squire and tribute for Erebus (make sure one of your tributes is Diameter!) then on opponent's turn you do the super factorial stuff and if you have domain you extra deck lock them! Overall it is a nice way to expand on the monarch deck.
In total you shuffle 1 card from hand, send another, have 1 negate and any other floodgates active like Domain/Erupt. Monarchs also get you lots of advantage so you are pretty likely to draw into circular.
