Strategy for this deck is optimally going for second. You can allow you opponent to setup their boards if you want then disrupt it with Evenly Matched during your turn. If going first, try to setup Evenly Matched, Impermanence, Widow Anchors or Shark Cannon.
Kaiju is for dismantling immovable bricks in opponents board (Ultimateness, Chaos MAX Dragon, etc.)
Deck is standard Sky Striker combos. Search "Sky Striker" Spell Cards using Shizuku. Recycle "Engage" using Kagari. Recycle Kagari using "Herald Base". Hayate for chipping/setting up graveyard.
You can exchange 1 Upstart Goblin for Pot of Avarice for recycling of link monsters (which allows you to link Kagari to recycle Engage or any Sky Striker spell) and gaining card advantage.
Try keep 1 copy of Effect Veiler/Ash in hand for finishing with Accesscode Talker.
