So full discosure, even if we use every single card Mai is shown having in her deck trhoughout the entire series we still don't have nearly enough cards for a full deck and her Manga deck offers no help in completing this deck either,
To this end I used the cards shown in the "World Championship 2013" Scripted duel between "Mai" and "Yugi", this deck is clearly not cannon because it includes such cards as Harpie's Pet Phantasmal Dragon (An XYZ monster), but it is the closest thing we have, so I splashed some cards in from that to finish this deck.
P.S. Mai briefly had The Claw of Hermos in her deck after taking it from Joe in the Waking the Dragons arc but she can't actually use it so I put it in the side deck
