Power: Low Rogue (6.7/10) - Fully TCG-legal and stronger than the old list, but still Low Rogue because Harpies lost the illegal Feather Storm, Barrier Statue, Simorgh, and Apollousa package. This now plays fair Harpie control with Hunting Ground removal, searchable starters, Pot digging, and legal traps.

Consistency: Good. Channeler, Perfumer, Queen, Hysteric Sign, Terraforming, and Pot reach the engine or Hunting Ground. The anime bricks stay as one-ofs so Egotist and Channeler still feel like Mai without clogging hands.

Ceiling: Moderate. Best hands turn Harpie summons into Hunting Ground pops, then make Conductor, Chidori, Phantasmal Dragon, Bagooska, Exciton, or Borrelsword. It pressures rogue/casual tables, but no longer steals turns with banned Feather Storm.

Recovery: Solid. Hysteric Sign reloads in the End Phase, Feather Rest recycles names, Harpist finds follow-up, Reborn reuses bodies, and Hysteric Party rebuilds from the GY.

Going first/second: First, aim for Hunting Ground plus a starter backed by Impermanence, Judgment, Icarus, or Bagooska. Second, use Hunting Ground, Duster, Chidori, Exciton, Evenly, Dark Ruler, Twin Twisters, and Nibiru.

Choke points: Stop Channeler or Perfumer before they become bodies and searches. Remove Hysteric Sign before End Phase, clear Hunting Ground, or banish Harpie names to weaken Rest, Harpist, and Hysteric Party.

Key cards: Hunting Ground, Channeler, Perfumer, Queen, Dancer, Hysteric Sign, Elegant Egotist, Pot of Extravagance, Feather Rest, Hysteric Party, Impermanence, Chidori, Phantasmal Dragon.

Key combos: Queen searches Hunting Ground, then Harpie summons become removal. Channeler discards a Harpie to summon Perfumer, Oracle, or Pet Dragon. Perfumer searches Egotist or Feather Rest. Hunting Ground can destroy your own Hysteric Sign for the End Phase three-card search. Hysteric Party revives Harpies for more Hunting Ground triggers and Extra Deck pushes.
