Your ideal going first play is to make Glassoufle, make Fresh Sistart, have a bunch of disruption live and hope you can survive to the crackback. Otherwise we just go for Bagooska, just remember Pettingcesseur locks you into Madolches only if you special summon off it. While we're at it, remember Anjelly tributes for a battle immune card and shuffles back on the next turn.
You're much happier going second though. Tiaramisu is non once per turn, non targeting, non destruction removal for two cards your opponent controls. You basically want to make her twice if you can, I don't find three copies realistic and you can often shuffle them back if you run out.
Vernusylphs enable a bunch of options that make Madolche easier to play and harder to disrupt. You can now special summon Pettingcessoeur by dumping it off of one, or dumping Hootcake and having material to banish. Messengelato is no longer a brick provided you can get Hootcake to the board first too. Also gets you around not being able to special Fenrir if you've been given a token or Ceruli or something.
Extra deck is just whatever, Cowboy because I keep getting time rule'sed by combo deck matchups and then I had two slots open so we have Draco Future because it's funny.
Side deck wise: Lava Golem for decks that have a little bit too much disruption on the field; Ghost Belle is for Gimmick Puppet lock; Droll is self explanatory; the rest is just to give you better board wipe consistency.
Side and maindeck utility spots very easy to change based on format, but I'm still trying to figure out what I can side if I know I'm going first
