Main strategy is to floodgate your opponent, using Kragen and Gozen Match, or stall, using Crooked Cook, until you get to your Legendary Fisherman pieces. More than often your opponent doesn't have an out for Crooked Cook and ends up overcommitting thus making the Fisherman LV7's banish effect all the sweeter. If you're not satisfied with that, you can just straight up boardwipe with a Zeus summoned on top of a Cook that can't be destroyed by battle. This is assuming Crook has Right-Hand Shark as material.
The sharks are meant to summon the XYZ's. The Icejades are surprisingly very useful here. Tremolat lets you special summon ANY water monster from your hand. Fisherman LV5, Buzzsaw Shark, Citadel Whale, Beautunaful Princess are all good options. Tinola lets you special summon ANY water monster from the graveyard, which is pretty good considering the cards we're running. It's, also, possible to summon a WATER monster sent from your hand by it's effect if there's a water monster in the grave already.
Side-deck is interchangeable depending if you go first or second.
Missing card is Ice Barrier, a tremendous searcher for the Fisherman boys, Tremolat, and Citadel Whale if you want it. Can also recover ANY water monster from the grave, not just the one that was sent.
