Loka Samsara is a new card coming out in AGOV and with it being able to Summon a Visas counterpart from your Extra Deck, it gives you a lot of utility considering the monsters you can summon off of it. Tearlaments Kaleido-Heart shuffles a card your opponent controls into the Deck, Kashtira Arise-Heart is just Macro Cosmos, and Scareclaw Tri-Heart changes all monsters to Defense and is unaffected by Defense Position monsters (let's pretend that Prime-Heart doesn't exist). However, the catch is that you need to banish a Visas Starfrost you control to activate it. My first idea to use the card is in Lady of Lament to easily search it while summoning Visas off of Fusion Deployment because you rarely go into the Extra Deck turn 1 and since the DARK Fiends allow you to hard summon Visas from hand also.
For monsters we have 3 Lord of the Heavenly Prison, 1 Darkest Diabolos, Lord of the Lair, 1 Visas Starfrost, 2 Tour Guide from the Underworld, 3 Lilith, Lady of Lament, 3 Alice, Lady of Lament, and 1 Sangan. To supplement the fact that all of the Visas counterparts in the Extra Deck are DARK monsters, we are playing Virus Traps to get more value off of them before they are eventually banished face-down during the End Phase from Loka Samsara. This is also why we are playing Darkest Diabolos to have a large, recurring, untargetable body on the field. I'm choosing Sangan over Doomdog Octhros because we are running triple Fusion Deployment and we can also choose to Fusion Deployment revealing Sanwitch for Sangan to search follow-up.
For Spell/Traps: 3 Fusion Deployment, 3 Pot of Prosperity, 3 Ties of the Brethren. Only 2 Loka Samsara since it needs to banish a face-up Visas Starfrost you control to activate. This means that if you draw multiple copies of this card with no ways to access Visas, you have a literal dead card in your hand. Also, because it can add itself back to hand from GY when your opponent summons from the Extra Deck, you really do not need 3 of it in Deck unless you want to reliably search it off of Lilith. However, you still need Visas on field to do anything with it. 2 Eradicator Epidemic Virus and 3 Deck Devastation Virus since all of the Visas Extra Deck monsters are DARK, so they make for good Virus fodder before they eventually banish themselves face-down during the End Phase. 1 Trap Trick, 3 Infinite Impermanence, 3 Archfiend's Ghastly Glitch, and 3 Anti-Spell Fragrance.
Extra Deck: 1 Vicious Astraloud, 2 Tearlaments Kaleido-Heart, 1 Kashtira Arise-Heart, 2 Scareclaw Tri-Heart, 1 Sanwitch, 1 Elder Entity N'tss, 1 Divine Arsenal AA-ZEUS - Sky Thunder, 1 D/D/D Deviser King Deus Machinex, 1 Mereologic Aggregator, 1 D/D/D Stone King Darius, 1 EvilTwin's Trouble Sunny, 1 Dharc the Darck Charmer, Gloomy, and 1 Salamangreat Almiraj.
Side Deck is mainly going second stuff along with Dimensional Barriers and Destructive Daruma Karma Cannon. Looking at Loka Samsara, it is definitely an interesting card, but you cannot get much out of it due to the fact that you need to banish a Visas you control to activate it. Dedicated Trap Decks can play if they run something like Fusion Deployment of some other way to get Visas on the field, but it is still clunky unless you build your whole deck around it. I really doubt that a Mannadium deck would even play it either as you get so much more out of its standard combo already.
