Tactic: Labrynth – Mischievous Demons!
Have you heard of beasts with the Fiend system – the Evil system? This is a famous card system with many hideous beasts with many monstrous shapes. But now, these notions have been almost completely eliminated by a card that appears in the Deck Build Pack: Tactical Masters (in TCG, Tactical Masters), which is Labrynth. This card clan not only possesses a rather good-looking appearance but is also very powerful. Namely, What is the above deck power? Let's find out!
Main cards:
Arianna the Labrynth Servant
Arianna is a rather all-powerful maid of Labrynth. Deck's Searcher, which helps you find any piece of Labrynth name except itself. In addition, although less used, you can draw 1 card if a monster leaves the field by Normal Trap and specially summon 1 Fiend/ Set 1 Spell or Trap from your hand. Arianna is an extremely effective and indispensable piece of the puzzle in Labrynth.
Note: You can only use 1 of 2 effects: Search or Draw in the same turn!
Playing 3 is a no-brainer.
Lovely Labrynth of the Silver Castle
This is a Level 8 beast that doesn't know how to jump on its own, so what kind of field can trigger the effect? Don't worry because we'll be calling up Lovely with Labrynth's Trap cards that we'll tell about in the background. The ability to shoot cards and recycle is very strong, especially with the deck controlling the match with Trap. But this beast has a pretty bad level (Level 8), so if you pick it up, you only have coals because of this dumbbell.
Have to play 2, because if you play 1, this card is banished, will lose.
Lady Labrynth of the Silver Castle
Debuting in Darkwing Blast, Lady Labrynth greatly increased Labrynth's speed. The summon conditions are simple, just have a Labrynth card or Normal Trap activated during that turn to get on the field. Besides, when there is a Normal Trap activated, you have the right to Set 1 Normal Trap with another name with it from the Deck. Our deck has many Normal Traps that can be used in many different situations, such as Dimensional Barrier to lock summon, or Infinite Impermanence to negate the opponent's monster effect,... In addition, when there is a set card, Lady Labrynth cannot be targeted as well as destroyed by the opponent effect, so the opponent will have a hard time if you want to prevent Lady Labrynth from giving you an advantage.
Usually, when you or your opponent clicks the trap, arrange the Lady Labrynth to activate first and then you should activate the effect of the card you want. By doing so, you will gain more advantages than immediately activating that card.
Play 2-3.
Labrynth Chandraglier
Chandraglier and Stovie Torbie have in common that they can search the Labrynth Trap, at the cost of itself and 1 leaf from the hand. In addition, it is possible to restore itself when a monster leaves the field by Normal Trap. However, the number of Labrynth Spell/Trap is not much in the deck, as well as these 2 cards when activated are deducted, so the number does not need to be too much.
Play 0-2 with each card (reasons for playing 2 will be mentioned later).
Cooclock allows you to click right in the turn that has just been set down but must control 1 Labrynth monster. Since the number of Labrynth monsters to open in the deck is quite small, Cooclock should not play much in the deck.
Play 0-1.
Labrynth Labyrinth
Labrynth Labyrinth is Field Spell, which also assists for shooting cards on the field like Conquistador the Golden Land. However, Labyrinth is only effective when accompanied by Welcome Labrynth, for which we do not have too many Welcome in the deck. Therefore, the number that should be played is 1.
Welcome Labrynth
The card assists you in pulling the necessary pieces of Labrynth from the deck onto the court. Although we are limited to only calling Fiend from Deck or Extra Deck until the end of the next turn, but most of us only call Fiend beasts so it does not affect. Also, when a monster is left by a Normal Trap, you can turn this card back from the grave. 2 The ability to pull from the deck and recycle itself is very good, making the deck able to play for a long time to continue to pressure the opponent.
Play 3.
Big Welcome Labrynth
Debuting in Photon Hypernova, Big Welcome Labrynth is like a new revolution for Labrynth, with 2 very powerful effects and fit into the whole song. If in the past, you would hardly benefit if you wanted to use the effects when a beast left Labrynth's yard, it has been different since this leaf came out. Being able to exchange 1 monster on his field with a Labrynth beast, Big Welcome has made it easier than ever to trigger effects when a monster leaves the Labrynth's yard.
In addition, Big Welcome also allows "pedaling" 1 card on the opponent's field to hand if there is 1 Fiend monster level 8, or 1 Fiend monster on his field. Usually, we will use the effect when there are Fiend Level 8 monsters to remove more obstacles to the opponent, so that from there, we will deploy the gameplay as well as have more time to prepare.
Play 3.
The rest of Labrynth's cards are not very effective and are also of little use.
II. Supporting cards included:
Absolute King Back Jack
If you play the duo of Chandraglier and Stovie Torbie, you should play this card. The Absolute King Back Jack will serve as bait to bid for Chandraglier/Stovie Torbie, or simply to Normal Summon and use it to Link Summon. Then Jack will show you and turn the opponent to set 1 more card from the top of the deck to surprise them. A card that works very well.
Play 0 if you play very little copy the above 2 variations, play 3 if you play a lot.
Temple of the Kings
Temple of the Kings helps you immediately deploy gameplay right in the first turn, making the speed of game control faster. The only weakness is that this is the Hard Once per turn effect (it can only be used of all cards with the same name once in a turn). Therefore, if you draw these 2 cards in the first turns, it is quite deadly.
Play 1-2.
In addition to the above cards, we will need to play more Normal Trap cards to hinder the opponent, as well as to support the execution of our tactics such as:
Compulsory Evacuation Device
The trap card is old, but it is never outdated. Most cases assist you in removing obstacles that your opponent has worked hard to build; but at the same time, Compulsory Evacuation Device also helps you rescue in time in the most ironic circumstances.
Dogmatika Punishment
The famous bombardment card of Dogmatika. If you play this card, you should play cards that bombard or obstruct opponents when sent from the Extra Deck to the grave such as Elder Entity N'tss, Wind Pegasus @Ignister,...
Archfiend’s Ghastly Glitch
The ability to bombard when there are Fiend monsters on the field is very suitable for the gameplay of this deck.
Weight Measuring
Trap cards help eliminate rival monsters without targeting nor destroying.
Besides, there are the following cards that should also be considered:
Eradicator Epidemic Virus
Deck Devastation Virus
Ice Dragon’s Prison
Dimensional Barrier
Evenly Matched
…
And there are some other strong Normal Traps to consider.
Continuous Trap cards
We can play annoying and famous Trap cards, which hinder opponents such as:
Skill Drain
Gozen Match
Rivalry of Warlords
…
The above trap cards you can play and change depending on the format and place/tournament you play regularly.
Reviews: Tactical Labrynth – Mischievous Demons!
Since Labrynth is a control deck, if you get ahead, your odds of winning are also very high. If you go ahead, prepare a full line, the deck will start to work. From turn 3 onwards, when things go well, Labrynth will start showing off his very scary grind game abilities.
The biggest weakness is probably the early stages of the game. Our key cards, Welcome Labrynth or Big Welcome Labrynth are easily blocked by handtraps. The field is not more than enough money to block the opponent, so we need to play floodgates to stop the opponent's advance. But the selection and use of floodgates also needs to be reasonably considered so as not to "squeeze" yourself.
That's how I feel when I play Labrynth. What else do you have to share or feel? Please leave below the comment section for everyone to know!
