Y'know, if Krawler Soma was at the very least classified as a Flip Monster, then, we could just play Spirit of the Fall Wind to search for it and already have a target on field for Soma to flip face-down. End of story. But it isn't so we actually have to draw Soma or get it through Pot of Prosperity because World Legacy Survivor, despite it being a way to potentially search for a Krawler card, locks you into Link Monsters from the Extra Deck for the rest of the turn which is something you do not want in this Deck. Either way, here is Krawler Prediction Princess. It's not my most favorite out of Prediction Princess variants because of how awful it is to have to rely on having to draw Krawler Soma because there is no in-archetype card that we can play to actually search it without some kind of restriction that hinders our plays. It might seem a bit hypocritical of me to actually say this when some of my Prediction Princess lists have you entirely reliant on World Legacy Monstrosity when it also cannot be searched in-archetype. However, most of my Prediction Princess lists are just me experimenting with different Level 9 monsters. I am not actually trying to convince anyone to play Amazoness Prediction Princess, Infernoid Prediction Princess, Code Talker Prediction Princess, Dragonmaid Prediction Princess, etc. But some of them surprisingly are very capable of getting 2 Level 9’s on field without Monstrosity like Ancient Gear Prediction Princess, Fluffal Prediction Princess, Virtual World Prediction Princess, World Chalice Prediction Princess, and others. Krawler Prediction Princess is also capable of getting 2 Level 9 monsters on field without Monstrosity, but it relies solely on you drawing Soma which you either need to draw or find off of Prosperity with there nothing in between. I guess you could say that the Level 9 monster we are looking at today is Ultimate Great Insect because Deus-X Krawler is already a mainstay in Prediction Princess Decks and needs no introductions. Ultimate Great Insect released in Photon Hypernova alongside cards you can basically generalize as Giant Ballpark support. It's a Fusion Monster that requires a Level 8 Insect monster and a Level 7 Insect monster, but it can also be Special Summoned from Extra Deck by Tributing an Insect monster with 2000 or more DEF that's equipped with an Equip Card. And that's where Krawler Soma and Inzektor Picofalena come into play. Soma has a natural 2500 DEF stat and Picofalena can discard a card on Link Summon to equip another Insect monster with an Insect monster from Deck. This turns Soma into an Insect you can Tribute to Summon out Ultimate Great Insect. We are playing Beargram, Shelled Emperor of the Forest Crown which is an Insect you can equip to Soma from Deck. And when you Tribute Soma with Beargram equipped, now that Beargram is in GY, it can Special Summon itself from GY by banishing 3 other Insects from hand and/or GY, being the 3 Krawlers you have in GY currently. This gives you potential Rank 9 plays to go into Laevateinn, Generaider Boss of Shadows depending on what your hand looks like, or you can use it for more Link Material. Again, this isn’t my most favorite variant of Prediction Princess (that has to go to Predaplant Prediction Princess or Runick Prediction Princess), but I can’t deny the ability of this Deck to make a Rank 9 very easily in order to go through Prediction Princess plays and potentially end on another Rank 9.
Main Deck monsters: 3 Prediction Princess Tarotrei and 1 Prediction Princess Tarotreith. Tarotrei is a Quick Effect to either flip a monster face-up or face-down and during the End Phase, she can Special Summon a Flip Monster from hand or GY in face-down Defense Position. Tarotreith can either be Ritual Summoned or Special Summoned via Tarotrei's End Phase effect. On Flip, she can Special Summon a Flip Monster from Deck face-down and as a Quick Effect, she can flip any number of your monsters either face-up or face-down. 3 Prediction Princess Bibliomuse who can Special Summon herself back face-down if she was Tributed and sent to the GY. On Flip, she can add a Prediction Princess monster except herself and any Ritual Spell from Deck to hand, and while she is face-up on field, your Ritual Monsters have targeting and destruction protection from your opponent's card effects. 1 Deus-X Krawler who negates the activated effects of all monsters on your opponent's side of the field, and if it is destroyed on field by battle or card effect, it cam add a Level 9 monster with a differnet Type and Attribute than it from Deck to hand. 1 World Legacy Dragon Mardark which is basically a Level 9 whose Type and Attribute make it Summonable from Deck off of World Legacy Monstrosity if we target Tarotrei, Tarotreith, Trias Hierarchia or Ultimate Great Insect as it is a Level 9 WIND Dragon monster. And I guess the only relevant effect it has in this Deck is its effect when destroyed on field which is the same as Deus-X, adding a Level 9 monster with a different Type and Attribute than it from Deck to hand. 1 Pot of the Forbidden which on Flip allows you to choose 1 of the following: Draw 2 cards, Return all Spell/Traps on the field to their owner’s hand, Destroy all monsters your opponent controls, or look at your opponent’s hand and choose a card to shuffle back into their Deck. 1 Beargram, Shelled Emperor of the Forest Crown. It is a Level 9 EARTH Insect Monster that must be Special Summoned from hand or GY by banishing 3 Insect and/or Plant monsters from hand and/or GY. This does mean you can’t Summon it off of Monstrosity, but I did explain earlier that it can act as a way to go into a Rank 9 if you equip it with Picofalena or be used as Link Material. It also prevents your opponent from activating monster effects in response to the activation of your Spell/Trap Cards and effects which is definitely very nice in a Deck where we are playing things like World Legacy Monstrosity, Pre-Preparation of Rites, and Pot of Prosperity. Also, you can destroy all face-up monsters on the field during your Main Phase except for Insect and Plant monsters with Beargram not being able to attack directly for the rest of the turn. If you choose not to Summon it during your Turn 1, you can Summon it back from GY on Turn 3 and potentially attempt to clear the board if your opponent manages to go through your entire board on their previous turn. 1 Trias Hierarchia and 3 Diviner of the Herald. Hierarchia is also a valid Level 9 to get off of Monstrosity targeting Ultimate Great Insect, and you do have the ability to Tribute 1 Fairy on field to Summon it from hand or Gy which means that you can send it with Diviner and Summon it back to get a Level 9 on field for Monstrosity purposes. And it can also still Tribute Diviner even after it has been flipped face-down to Special Summon Soma from hand. Diviner sends a Fairy from Deck or Extra Deck to GY on Summon, increasing its Level by the same amount as that monster's Level. You usually send Herald of the Arc Light from Extra Deck for a Ritual search. For the Krawler monsters: 3 Krawler Soma, 1 Krawler Receptor and 1 Krawler Spine. Soma can target a face-up monster on field and flip that monster face-down to Summon itself from hand. On field, it can reduce its Level by 2 or 4 to Special Summon Krawler monsters with different names from your hand, Deck, or GY whose total combined Levels equal the amount you reduced Soma’s Level by in face-up or face-down Defense Position. Soma is obviously an incredibly good card, but at the same time, it is not that easily searchable, considering that we aren’t just playing Krawlers as a Deck and the fact that we cannot play World Legacy Survivor. Realistically, you only need to play 2 additional Krawler names, not including Deus-X Krawler because it’s a Level 9 so there is no way for Soma to Summon it, but you could play more names to have a greater variety of Flip Effect to choose from hypothetically. Receptor’s Flip Effect allows you to add a Krawler monster from Deck to hand while Spine’s Flip Effect allows you to target and destroy a monster on field. I guess your next best option in a Krawler name to play is Krawler Glial as its Flip Effect lets you Special Summon a Krawler from hand or GY in face-up Attack Position or face-down Defense Position. Finally, 3 Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring.
Spell/Traps: 1 Instant Fusion to get to Master of Ham. 3 Pre-Preparation of Rites. 3 Underworld Ritual of Prediction which can Ritual Summon a Prediction Princess Ritual Monster from hand or GY face-up or face-down and you can banish it from GY during the Standby Phase to Special Summon a non-Ritual Prediction Princess monster from Deck face-down. 2 Prediction Ritual which can only Ritual Summon Prediction Princess Tarotrei, and you can banish it from GY except the turn it was sent there to search for a Prediction Princess monster. 2 World Legacy Monstrosity. We don’t need to actively rely on it in this Deck, but you can either choose to play 2 or 3 copies in the Deck. It can either Special Summon a Level 9 monster from hand or target a Level 9 monster you control and Special Summon 2 Level 9 Monsters with a different Type and Attribute than it from Deck with different names. 3 Pot of Prosperity. 3 Infinite Impermanence.
Extra Deck: 1 Ultimate Great Insect which, again, can be Special Summoned from Extra Deck by Tributing an Insect Monster with 2000 or more DEF that’s equipped with an Equip Card. 1 Master of Ham which Special Summons a Flip Monster from Deck on Fusion Summon or when its flipped face-up, and you can banish 2 Flip Monsters from GY or face-up field to Special Summon it from GY face-down. Coincidentally, Soma Summoning 2 Krawlers gives you 2 Flip Monsters to banish from GY after you used them for Link Material to Summon Master of Ham which is definitely something. 2 Herald of the Arc Light to search for a Ritual Monster or Ritual Spell when its sent to GY. 1 Divine Arsenal AA-ZEUS - Sky Thunder. 1 Infinitrack Earth Slicer. 1 Mereologic Aggregator. 1 Laevateinn, Generaider Boss of Shadows and 1 Jormungandr, Generaider Boss of Eternity. 1 Mekk-Knight Crusadia Avramax, 1 S:P Little Knight, and 1 I:P Masquerena. I am choosing to play 1 Sky Striker Ace - Camellia over Subterror Behemoth Fiendess because I do not like Behemoth Fiendess in the slightest. Fiendess can send a Flip Monster from Deck to GY to Special Summon 1 monster from your hand in face-down Defense Position. I’ll be real with everyone: This is not a good effect for a Prediction Princess Deck. The only 3 Flip Decks that I can think of that actually benefit this effect is Tindangle, Subterror, and maybe Shaddoll (because the Flip Monster is sent from Deck to GY via an effect). Face-down monsters cannot be used as Link Material unless you are playing Ghostrick, and with a Deck like Prediction Princess that really needs its Zones and your whole set-up combo needing to Link Summon, this is not a very good monster to play. Yes, Fiendess does add a Flip Monster from Deck or GY to your hand if a monster it points to is flipped face-up which does get you a Bibliomuse potentially, but this effect is better for Subterror than it is for this Deck in specifics. Camellia is a generic Link Monster that, if sent to GY, you can target a monster your opponent controls, Special Summon this card to your opponent’s field, and send the targeted monster to the GY. I think that Linking off Camellia to go into a Little Knight or Avramax with Masquerena and having removal attached to it is way better than waiting for a niche situation where Behemoth Fiendess actually is viable. 1 Inzektor Picofalena which on Link Summon can discard a card to target another Insect you control and equip it with an Insect from Deck as an Equip Sell that gives it 500 ATK/DEF. This sets you up for Ultimate Great Insect which is great and you can also target 3 Insects in your GY, shuffle them into the Deck, and draw a card. This is nice for getting an additional card in hand during a turn where you haven’t used Prosperity. And finally, 1 Gravity Controller.
Side Deck: 3 Nibiru, the Primal Being, 3 Kashtira Fenrir, 1 Harpie’s Feather Duster, 2 Dark Ruler No More, 2 Triple Tactics Thrust, 1 Triple Tactics Talent, and 3 Evenly Matched.
