Not gonna lie, I was never really interested in the Generaider archetype. But Vara and Laevateinn, its two newest support cards, were introduced in the same year as God of War: Ragnarok. The name is appropriate Generaider's monsters are named after figures in Norse mythology. I've been a fan of God of War for years, and I recently watched all of the cutscenes in the storyline. No spoilers, but God of War: Ragnarok is the end of the Norse saga, so the next game will more than likely involve another pantheon.
Aaaaaanyway, this is a go-first deck, although with 9 hand traps, you aren't doomed if you have to go second. Your goal is to get Generaider Boss Stage out to set up your board, and Laevateinn works as good removal and interruptions for the archetype.
