Been having fun with this deck recently on sims, decided to build it irl.
Obviously, normal Kozmo plays are your normal Kozmo plays. Tincan can search and add Ships and Pilots while potentially milling Pilots to GY for Soartroopers. Farmgirl can extend damage during BP or, at minimum, can just get you another of any Kozmo card like Kozmotown. Goodwitch is a SS1 Book of Moon, Dark Lady is a monster negate on a soft OPT if you can get both out at once, and your Ships just float into more Kozmos when destroyed, except Dark Eclipser, which just adds to hand. For the non-Kozmo cards, Terraforming just adds more consistency to finding Kozmotown to help you extend. Extravagance helps you dig two at the cost of some Extra Deck, which you won't access most of the time but is built to be usable if needed, and the inability to mulligan with Kozmotown for the turn. If you make this on paper, you could possibly replace Extravagance with Prosperity, but that's so much more expensive. Reasoning can let you SS a monster for free, ETele is at 3 to give you more access to Tincan to start your plays, Called By is a one-of to stop Ash, and Dark Hole will field wipe while also letting you proc the effects of any Ships on your board. And the generic staple hand traps are, of course, generic staple hand traps.
The Extra Deck is mostly fodder for Extrav, but it is usable. Cyber Dragon Nova and Infinity are run at three each to avoid being locked out of it with an unlucky Extravagance roll, and Cyber End exists if you can't get into Infinity for any reason. Durendal allows you to force your opponent to pop your Kozmotown, and Pleaides is a OPT bounce. Borrelsword can let you go in for lethal damage if you don't have enough tag-outs to kill during battle phase, Linguriboh pairs with Iblee (see below), and Relinquished Anima goes off of Tincan if your opponent has something that's immune to Dark Destroyer's destruction effect but is positioned in front of an EMZ.
For side deck, Nibiru is obviously Nibiru, can't go wrong with it. Kaiju works to wipe an immune monster off the board - I used Radian because an older build of this deck ran Allure of Darkness, but I didn't end up changing it to a weaker Kaiju like the Turtle after dropping Allure, so you can use Gameciel if you feel like it. Torrential Tribute is an interrupt that will also trigger your Ships, similarly to Dark Hole, except on your opponent's turn. Lightning Storm and Feather Duster are backrow removal in case you get placed against a deck that relies on floodgates. Finally, you got D-Barrier - pretty solid.
