yo everyone this is Lohamora again, well my plan was to make Spright Gishki and new Tear for post-photon hypernova but the ban list surprised me before we go into the best Kashtira deck list, remind you to check out my Branded Bystial deck for post-photon-hypernova
so like all my other deck lists here are some notes ( I'm sure everybody knows the basic combos in the deck so far, I'll explain a few tech cards this time)
Planet pathfinder: so since we rarely normal summon in this deck and field spell for its own is a one-card combo, this card becomes the best card to play for our normal summon, but playing 3 copies of this card, sounded too bricky since sometimes you need your ns for Kashtira birth, so I added 2 copies of this card along side of Triple Tactics Thrust instead of a third copy.
Book of Eclipse: well this card happens to be the best board breaker for post-photon hypernova, but be aware that this card can get ashed, so that's the main reason why we run ash in our Kashtira deck.
Knightmare Iblee and Linguriboh: well these cards help the deck a lot, they stop your opponent from using Nibiru or using Imperm, It's also a big heavy lock against many decks, especially against Kashtira, however, it's weak against Floowandereeze, and Linguriboh can negate traps, they are best combination cards
Infinitrack Goliath: you can banish this card as one of the targets for the pot of prosperity, then you can attach this card to Arise-heart as its materials, so Arise-heart can not be destroyed by card effects, which makes it too annoying to out.
Elder Entity N'tss: again you can banish this card as one of the targets for the pot of prosperity, then you can attach this card to Arise-heart as its materials, so if your opponent uses your Arise-heart as a super poly target, you can trigger Elder's effect to destroy 1 card on the field by targeting the card.
Artifact Lancea: the best card for Kashtira mirror matches
now now, since we are done explaining a few notes about cards in the deck, let's go for some rulings checks
What happens if you had Unicorn on the field and then you used Kashtira theosis to special summon a Kashtira monster with a different name, and your opponent somehow destroys your Unicorn ( for example he uses branded beast's effect to pop your Unicorn )? well the effect Kashtira theosis won't work, since there is no longer a Kashtira monster on the field. ( if you had to pop a card on the field, I would recommend you not pop Presurred planet Wraitsoth but pop the Kashtira unicorn instead, when they tried to use Kashtira theosis cuz they could already have Unicorn on their hand )
Will my zones get unlocked if I negate Shangri-lra's effects? well, the effect says, that this card should be face-up on the field to use its effects, doesn't matters if it's negated or not negated.
can I tribute my planet pathfinder, after my opponent used Imperm to negate its effect before I use the effect? yes you can, cuz this card tributes for a cost ( this card is really nice, not only a combo starter but it's also a negate baiter )
now in this section, we are going to give you the best card names to use against Kashtira and defeat them.
evenly matched - book of the eclipse - lava golem - Kurikara ( this card is broken against Kashtira ) - Contact "C" ( use this card after they used Kashtira theosis ) - Artifact Lancea - dimensional Barrier
how to side in this deck
GOING FIRST
well we have Iblee + Lancea ( you can run dimensional fissure in your side deck instead if you want to )
GOING SECOND
well this deck, happens to be one of the best second-going decks
you have lava golem + evenly matched + pankratops + lightning storm
now that we are over with the list and notes and rulings and siding let's go to the final talk
this deck is a strong anti-meta-based deck, it is also one of the annoying decks in-game same as Floowandereeze, personally, i don't like where this game is going in TCG, we are getting more floodgates out, and it's not healthy, don't ever think Floowandereeze lost barrier doesn't means they won't win (apparently, they are using Fossil Dyna with the small world, and some Simorgh cards to extend their floodgate summoning mode), playing Kashtira in the first week when it got released in OCG was fun, but now it doesn't sound fun anymore.
well good luck duelists, hope you can enjoy this banish-man format ( if you can find any joy in this Toxic format )
See you guys on my deck lists for post-Cyber storm Accel
