A consistent Skill Draing for Kashtira that is only applied to your opponent is nice.
You don't main shifter as you're playing Dinomorphia, you can side it and then when you're siding cards in you take out the Dinomorphia stuff.
Mill effect of Tearlaments Kashtira is good in this deck as it likes using Kashtira Birth to revive your Kashtira cards and not lock you into xyz so that you can summon out I:P Masquerena for S:P Little Knight.
Side deck here is cards that I didn't like in the final build of the main deck, but you can try those out yourself and they might work for you.
For a budget option, instead of S:P you can play Unicorn and Phoenix.
Overall, the deck price is from 150$ to 250$ at lowest rarity depending on what cards you decided to use.
