WIP. 

Field spell and theosis at two cause that's how I have it. You can replace the two dark ruler or imperma with another field and theosis. This has 8/10 good hands. Fog King works against Kaijus, Lava Golems and Nibs. You can tribute Fenrir for Fog King, and special summon Fenrir with birth. Also, you can add a Baronne and remove one Linguriboh or Goliath (I would rather remove Linguriboh since seems like Ible is not being used anymore).

Just added Raiders/Raidraptors lvl 4 to make Raider's Knight -> Arc Rebellion XYZ Dragon (Activate Effect) and If not otk -> Odd Eyes Rebellion Dragon Overload 

You can overlay F0 Utopic Future over Raidraptor Arsenal Falcon and Shangri-Ira, Overlay F0 Utopic Draco Future and now you can negate a monster effect and take control of your opponent's monster.

In your end board you can have:

• Arise-Heart with Raider's Wings as material (This makes it untargetable, and if lucky and activated prosperity after Arise was summoned you'll have Goliath as material)
• F0 Utopic Dracofutur (negate and control if going second) 
• Baronne (if going first negate and destroy)
• Odd Eyes Rebellion going second
• Plus Big Bang/Preparations set
• Chalice set
• Crossout set for an Evenly
• Ash in hand
• Fog King in field so no Kaijus

This list is in a very lucky and extra lucky hand, like being 100% optimistic and the gods of cards blessed you today.
