You essentially want to go first.
Going First: normal ninishi, normal any other karakuri, link needlefiber, special 001, link both for auroradon, special 3 tokens, special 001, auroradon tribute 2 tokens, special coltwing, special 2 tokens, synchro 2 tokens and 001 for burei, special shinkuro, synchro burei and shinkuro for bureibu, special another shinkuro, synchro coltwing and shinkuro for another bureibu, special saizan, xyz both bureibu for true king of all calamities, synchro last token and saizan for burei, special shirokunishi, synchro burei and shirokunishi for savage dragon, attach needlefiber w/ savage dragon.
This is a 1 card combo so the rest of your hand is for anything u want. This can also be achieved with infinitrack ancor drill or 003. If you start with anatomy in your hand, you can use both bureis effect to change a battleposition and make anatomy gain 1 counter each, then anatomy lets u draw 2 cards. If you go second or its turn 2, you can special more monster and either link borrelsword or synchro tenyi draco beserker.
