Hand rip your opponent for 4 cards, or 5 cards with a revival spell.
Best way to learn scraps is by playing it yourself sense it's very awkward archetype to run by alone. Ending combos are fine, but starting is not always easy. You will have to find alternative routes with some hands, and no amount of pre built combos will help with that. So leave now if you don't like the idea of "hard work" or "trail and error." This other deck I made takes a bit of a dive into scraps (not much, but better than nothing), so you might want to check it out if you're starting off: https://ygoprodeck.com/pure-scraps-going-first/
I had a lot of inspiration from Infernites sense they have necromancer which basically does the same thing as Scrap Golem. So shout out StardustYgo's channel, the absolute Infernity master
Anyways, I lot of testing went into this. The hands aren't dead extremely often. While it can occasionally evade a hand trap, it has a hard time dealing with Nibiru if you don't draw into signs to force it out with a second hand rip pre-wyvern. That's why a small Dino package with Misc. provides a solid backup plan as well as protection from your opponent's Psy Gammas when starting off.
I'll probably come back to edit this and provide a more detailed explanation, until then, here's a video:
