Machine Duplication targets: Cyber Dragon Herz, Cyber Dragon Nachster, Cyber Dragon Core; when used on any of these targets, you can Special Summon up to 2 Cyber Dragons from your Deck, giving immediate access to Cyber Dragon Nova, then Cyber Dragon Infinity. (Cyber Pharos is another Machine Duplication target; exra Pharos can be used as link material for Cyber Dragon Sieger or Platinum Gadget).
Cyber Dragon Nachster can special summon any Machine with 2100 ATK or DEF from your GY; special summon targets include: Cyber Dragon, Cyber Pharos, Cyber Dragon Sieger, Cyber Dragon Nova, Cyber Dragon Infinity, Chimeratech Rampage Dragon, and even Invoked Mechaba.
I do not run Cyber Emergency in this deck, partly to keep it at a lower budget, but also because Cyber Dragon Herz has virtually the same effect when sent to the GY. Chimeratech Rampage Dragon can send a Cyber Dragon Herz straight from the deck to the GY (triggering the search effect while also gaining an extra attack), and there are several easy methods for sending Herz from the hand or field to the GY, as well as One for One for summoning from the deck.
