Electrumite didn't get unbanned, but pends are still the best deck. Isolde is an alternative that provides great card advantage, especially because you can still use the warrior you search in the pendulum zone. This deck has 4 main starts to the combo.
Use deep sea diva to summon neptabyss and spam goyo defender. Make isolde and search an igknight, then dump cursed bamboo sword and summon renaud to draw 2 cards. From there you can make apollousa and then conduct a giant pendulum summon.
Use righty driver to make goyo defender. This is the same as the first start, but you don't get the benefits of deep sea minstrel and lappis dragon later in the combo.
Just use any tuner and another monster to make halqifibrax. This is not the ideal combo but can still make 2 negates on its own.
Use any two warriors to make isolde. You can use igknights to search red layer if you need to. This start is not the best but it can still set up the pendulum summon and get you some draws of the bamboo swords.
At the end of combo you can use your pendulum scales to search gearfried for an extra negate.
