Voici la Carte (Today's Menu) should usually grab Foie Glasya de Nouvelles & Balameuniere de Nouvelles. Most people will give you Foie and that's still great. The level 2 or lower Nouvelles both require an opponent to attack you. The level 3 or high Nouvelles also trigger from your attacks.
Nouvelles Restaurant "At Table", Balameuniere de Nouvelles and Poissonniere de Nouvelles can all grab Chef's Special Recipe as well as the Ritual Recipes.
In most cases, Pre-Preparation of Rites grabs Confiras de Nouvelles and Recette de Viande (Meat Recipe).
Book of Moon, Concours de Cuisine (Culinary Confrontation) and Poissonniere de Nouvelles provide activations for most of your Nouvelles creatures and are extremely useful if you are unable to summon a level 3 or high Nouvelles OR are unable to attack an attack position monster an opponent controls.
Diviner of the Herald should send Herald of the Arc Light, or Elder Entity N'tss to the graveyard.
Chef's Special Recipe is an omni-negate, grab it when you can.
If your opponent is playing creatures in defense mode, you have Confiras and Meat Recipe is fix that.
The Dogmatika package (Nadir Servant, Garura, Dogmatika Ecclesia, and Punishment) are in the sideboard because there's room for it and it offers more options if the opponent is heavily countering your strategy.
