Desperado Barrel Dragon is one of my all time favorite cards and is the reason why Orcust became my favorite deck to use. While I didn't have much expectations for actually using Barrel Dragon, it has surprisingly won me a few games and saved me from losing on many occasions by surprising my opponent or getting a last minute save using Crescendo to search it.
I originally ran a Superheavy engine, but found it too predictable. Then I swapped to a Machina engine which gave a lot of consistency by letting me discard bricks. While I really liked the Machina engine and it's consistency, I found a lot more success with a Sky Striker engine. The Sky Striker engine provided me with a lot more flexibility, so I stuck with it
