The OTK is simple
- Kaiju your opponent's monster
- Summon your tokens (Hippo Carnival spells)
- Leeching the Light (can be cast multiple times!)
- Attack with everything
Other combos
- Kaiju into Kaiju. Normal summon Neo Spacian Mole and bounce enemy's Kaiju back into your hand. Can be repeated every turn if your opponent doesn't can't deal with Mole.
- Try to bait out MSTs throughout the game by setting Waboku, Draw Muscle and Jar of greed. Set Tenyi the turn before you drop the combo.
- Angmarl the monarch can be summoned using your battle fader, performapal hip hippo or anchafroumite to search for whatever spell you need, usually Defence Muscle for draw. Leeching - Angmarl - 2nd Leeching if you want to commit hard.
- Summon anchafroumite BEFORE hippo tokens to get a 6th monster (extra monster zone) to swing with during your Leeching the Light turn
- Token Sundae is good to clear your board of tokens when it's clogged, while also removing enemy's backrow and battle immune or defence position monsters
The rest of the deck exists just to stall and draw for combo pieces. You probably want to go 2nd because cardcar d is your only turn 1 play.
Most games you can stall long enough to see 2x Leeching the Light and Delg the 3rd. But if you use up all your leechings (max combo 3 times) you probably lose. This deck gets countered pretty hard by itself (cards like battle fader, waboku, etc.)
Hippo tokens can wall off the opponent in a pinch but don't count on it. Piercing damage will hurt a lot. Use them for Defence Muscle draw and Token Sundae instead. Use Waboku and Battle Fader to stall.
