(UPDATE 10/15 - I've created a final version of this deck, no longer as a theorycraft, because I find it to actually be usable in a real match. It also has some final updates to the card list [mainly changes in the Extra and Side Decks], a much more in-depth write-up on why the deck is built the way it's built, and some basic plays. After playing with the old version of this deck at locals for a while, I've been able to figure out its strengths and weaknesses, what it's missing, what it doesn't need, and most importantly, how the new support from Age of Overlord will work with this deck when it finally drops.
First, Buerillabaise (the level 1) is your starter alongside Fish Recipe, since you can use both to search out a Meat Recipe and get a second Ritual Summon going. The small Impcantation Engine works really well for this, since you get materials for two Ritual Summons on the field at once, in addition to searching a Spell/Monster, depending on what you need to get started. Break all your conditioning against Lightning Storm and summon your guys in Attack Position, that way you have fodder on your side of the field if your opponent starts summoning in Defense. Depending on the deck, your opponent will be forced to target, and you will just be able to slowly pick apart your opponent's board.
For the two new support pieces, Poissoniere searches Buerillabaise or any Recipe card on summon, can't go wrong with more consistency. It's also a Fairy-type, meaning that Diviner of the Herald can Special it from deck when you use Diviner for a Ritual Summon. Confectionary Contest also gets Poissoniere on your field, and gives your opponent an Attack Position monster that you can use to begin Ritual Climbing that can also turn off Imperm. All in all, very solid additions.
For changes to the rest of the list, the largest change is cutting the Terraforming and one copy of Nouvelles Restaurant, leaving only two copies in main. I overestimated how good the Field Spell is, and while it is good - the ability to search your Counter Trap on activation on a Field Spell which is itself searchable by Balamuniere is neat - you really only need two, the first for plays and the second to cycle back the first into your deck during your End Phase. One copy of Balamuniere was cut, since Confectionary Contest and Poissioniere provide more in the consistency department on an easier to access body. And finally, Preparation of Rites was cut, just to make room for some of the new cards. Speaking of Side Deck, all copies of Manju were replaced with Nibiru - I got more use out of one Nibiru activation than an entire competition's worth of Manju siding. All extra copies of Chef's Special Recipe were taken out, I never really used more than one, especially when I can search for it with Balamuniere, Restaurant, and the upcoming Poissoniere. Dropping all copies of Pot of Extravagance, since wanting extra draw power never really came up that much due to how much this deck just searches. Forbidden Chalice goes from one to three, since you can use it to proc your own Nouvelles Ritual effects, whereas Imperm falls short due to only being able to target opposing monsters. One copy of Feather Duster was put in for more consistent backrow removal that doesn't rely on Confiras. And shockingly for this format, I'm adding an extra copy of Final Attack Orders, since it forces Expurrely Noir to Attack Position. Noir's Towers only works for activated effects, meaning that the continuous Final Attack Orders forces it to Attack Position, meaning that if it uses its effect and drops below five materials at all, it will be a valid target. It's also just pretty solid in general, I've made it work a lot more than I expected it to. Finally, with the Extra Deck, I dropped a copy of Nephthys and Dyna Mondo to add two copies of Patissciel Couverture to work with Confectionary Contest. I also dropped an extra copy of Dyna Mondo to replace it with Elder Entity N'Tss - since it's Fairy, if you bring out Diviner and have all the Ritual stuff you need or just need to get rid of a thing on your opponent's field, you can pitch N'Tss instead of Arc Light to pop one.
Unfortunately, this deck is still kinda not the best, but I've had so much fun with it. I'm definitely picking up the new support when it drops and forcing my opponent's to just let me cook.
