This is my take at a "Harpie" deck. "Harpies" are actually quite an interesting archetype, but sadly currently have nothing "boss monster"-like to reward all their Special Summons. So, this list is what I went with: A solid showing of the "Harpie" archetype combined with lots of effect negation to keep the opposing board in check and various Extra Deck options to get things done.
