Gusto Windwitch

Apparently I can't change the title. It used to have two Gusto Vedirs and a Tailwind of Gusto, but now it doesn't so it's basically Windwitch Pilica (ft. Kashtiras). 

Anyways, what we're left with is a simple Crystal Wing Synchro Dragon merchant deck.

You go into your cookie cutter windwitch ice bell combo into Crystal Wing and summon Pilica to special summon Glass Bell in order to make a Clear Wing Synchro. If you also have a Monster Reborn, you can either go into your second copy of Crystal Wing Synchro Dragon that cannot be destroyed by the opponent's card effects or the level 11 Synchro and tribute it on your opponent's turn for 2 level 7 Synchros that have quick effect negates.

Gadarla is necessary as a Small World bridge to grab Ice Bell if you can only ditch Pilica or Kashtira and serves as a useful search to remove an Appolousa/Rulkallos/etc. after an Evenly Matched hit the field and removed everything else. 

Set your activation setting to "On" prior to activating Synchro Zone so you can use it during the Draw Phase before a Kaiju/Lava Golem eats your monster(s). 

Maple Maiden + Gozen Match locks your opponent into wind monsters if you're able to pull it off. Gl.
