The only time I’ve played Gem-Knight was in Duel Links when I had to farm Fusion Summon-related missions, but it doesn’t take a genius to realize that the new Gem-Knight support coming out of TW02 are just all custom cards. And Gem-Knight really does deserve it because of how bad their support in POTE was. But the most important part is Gem-Knight getting a new Level 9 monster, and you know what that means. Gem-Knight Master Diamond Dispersion is a Level 9 EARTH Rock Fusion Monster that requires 3 Gem- monsters as Fusion Material. During the Main Phase, it can Quick Effect send itself to the GY to Special Summon up to 3 non-Rock Gem- monster with different names from your Extra Deck and/or GY ignoring their Summoning Conditions and locking you into Fusion Monsters from the Extra Deck for the rest of the turn. And if a Gem-Knight Fusion Monster is destroyed by battle while it is in the GY, you can Special Summon it. This forces Gem-Knight into an OTK Deck rather than an FTK Deck so so so much better than the POTE support ever did, and it makes it fun and cool. But the thing that really makes this Deck tick now are the new Main Deck cards. Needless to say, this new Gem-Knight Prediction Princess Deck is nothing like my previous list. However, Master Diamond Dispersion is still an EARTH monster, so we can’t play World Legacy Monstrosity. But, we can make both of Gem-Knight’s Level 9 monsters off of 1 card now. So, we just need that 1 card and a Prediction Princess Ritual Monster, Ritual Spell, or Prediction Princess Bibliomuse for full combo. So, full combo is Gem-Knight Nepyrim and let’s say Tarotrei. Normal Summon Nepyrim which adds Gem-Knight Dispersion from Deck to hand. Activate Dispersion and use its 2nd effect to search for Gem-Armadillo from Deck. Nepyrim activates to give an extra Normal Summon of a Gem- monster, so Normal Summon Armadillo. Armadillo on Normal Summon searches for Gem-Knight Hollowcore. Activate Hollowcore in hand, sending Gem-Knight Fusion from Deck to GY for cost and Special Summon it from your hand in Defense. Link Hollowcore and Armadillo into Gem-Knight Phantom Quartz. Phantom Quartz searches for another Gem-Knight Dispersion on Link Summon. Activate Dispersion and use its 1st effect to Fusion Summon a Gem-Knight Fusion Monster and because you have Gem-Knight Fusion in GY, you can also send up to 2 non-Rock Gem-Knights from your Deck and/or Extra Deck to GY as Fusion Material. Send the Nepyrim you control, 1 Nepyrim from Deck, and Gem-Knight Lady Rose Diamond to GY to Fusion Summon Gem-Knight Lady Brilliant Diamond. Activate Phantom Quartz’s effect, paying 1000 LP to shuffle Lady Rose Diamond and the 2 Nepyrims in GY into the Deck to Fusion Summon Gem-Knight Master Diamond Dispersion. Then, activate Lady Brilliant Diamond’s effect to send Phantom Quartz to GY to Special Summon Gem-Knight Master Diamond from Extra Deck ignoring its Summoning Conditions. Xyz both Master Diamonds into Mereologic Aggregator in the EMZ who sends Herald of the Arc Light from Extra Deck to GY which then triggers in GY to search for Underworld Ritual of Prediction. Aggregator activates targeting Herald in GY and detaches 1 to attach the Herald in GY to itself. Now, we have 2 paths we can go through. (1) Link your Aggregator in the EMZ off into Gravity Controller and Herald Triggers again to search for Prediction Princess Tarotreith and you basically have your whole Prediction Princess combo there. In addition to that, you have an omni-negate through the GY effect of Hollowcore who can Quick Effect banish 3 Gem-Knight cards from your GY including itself when your opponent activates a card or effect and you control a Gem-Knight Fusion Monster to negate that effect and increase the ATK of all Gem-Knights you control by 1000. (2) You can Link both Aggregator and Lady Brilliant Diamond into I:P Masquerena. Herald triggers and adds Tarotreith from Deck to hand and it’s also full Prediction Princess combo from there. But, you also have I:P into S:P Little Knight on your opponent’s turn for 2 more interruptions. And I have to say, this Deck is one of the best Prediction Princess Decks I’ve made. It is very linear, you only have 1 brick in the Deck (Gem-Knight Fusion), and it gives you options to choose for interruptions. It is amazing how 1 wave of support propels a nearly unplayable version of Prediction Princess into one of the best versions of the Deck.
For the Main Deck Monsters: 3 Prediction Princess Tarotrei, 2 Prediction Princess Tarotreith, and 3 Prediction Princess Bibliomuse. Tarotrei can Quick Effect flip a monster on field face-up or face-down and she can Special Summon a Flip Monster from hand or GY face-down during your End Phase. Tarotreith must either be Ritual Summoned or Special Summoned via Tarotrei's effect in the End Phase. Her Flip Effect Special Summons a Flip Monster from your Deck face-downn and she can also Quick Effect flip any number of your monsters face-up or face-down. Bibliomuse can Special Summon herself back face-down after being Tributed and sent there. Her Flip Effect adds a Prediction Princess monster other than herself and a Ritual Spell from Deck to hand and while she is face-up on the field, your Ritual Monsters gain targeting and destruction protection from your opponent’s card effects. 1 Deus-X Krawler which negates all activated monster effects on your opponent's side of the field after it has been flipped face-up and if it is destroyed on field, you can search for a Level 9 monster with a different Type and Attribute. 1 Pot of the Forbidden which has a Flip Effect that lets you choose between Drawing 2 cards, returning all Spell/Traps on the field to the hand, destroying all monsters your opponent controls, or looking at your opponent's hand and shuffling a card from it back into the Deck. 1 Gem-Knight Hollowcore which can send a Gem-Knight Normal Monster or a Gem-Knight Fusion from your Deck to GY as cost to Special Summon itself from your hand in Defense. And when your opponent activates a card or effect while you control a Gem-Knight Fusion Monster, you can banish 3 Gem-Knight cards including Hollowcore from your GY to negate that effect and give all Gem-Knights you control 1000 ATK. First of all, this card puts Gem-Knight Fusion into your GY so that you can have the ability to fuse using your Deck and Extra Deck with Gem-Knight Dispersion while also Special Summon itself in the process. AND, it gives you an omni-negate. That’s crazy. 3 Gem-Knight Nepyrim which adds a Gem-Knight card from your Deck to your hand on Normal or Special Summon, it allows you to extra Normal Summon a Gem- monster during the Main Phase, and if it is sent from hand or Deck to the GY, you can send a card from your hand to your Gy to Special Summon it. This card basically rescued my child from a burning building and saved my failing marriage while also handing me a winning lottery ticket. Like I thought that Bibliomuse was a custom card up until I saw this. Like the first effect is good for Gem-Knights, of course, but the second effect to extra Normal Summon is incredibly good for Gem-Knight considering that they have cards like Gem-Armadillo which only trigger on Normal Summon as well as Gemini monsters (if you are willing to count them). And just because this card happens to cross over with Shaddolls, its 3rd effect suddenly makes Diviner of the Herald, Foolish Burial, and Shaddoll Fusion basically almost full combo. 1 Gem-Armadillo which adds a Gem-Knight monster from Deck to hand on Normal Summon. It is stupid to not make use of Nepyrim’s extra Normal Summon, and Gem-Armadillo is the best use-case for it, especially since it searches for Hollowcore. 3 Diviner of the Herald which sends a Fairy monster from Deck or Extra Deck to Gy on Summon, increasing its Level by the Level of the sent monster. You can use it to send Herald of the Arc Light for a Ritual search or you can use it to send Nepyrim because it is a Fairy. Finally, 3 Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring.
Spell/Traps: 1 Instant Fusion for Master of Ham. 2 Gem-Knight Fusion because we need it to send to GY with Hollowcore in order to be able to fuse from Deck and Extra Deck with Dispersion. We are playing 2 because we really really need it to stay in the Deck. 3 Gem-Knight Dispersion. It can either Fusion Summon a Gem-Knight Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck using your hand or field as material, but if you have a Gem-Knight Fusion in Gy, you can also use up to 2 non-Rock Gem-Knight monsters from your Deck or Extra Deck as material, or you can add 1 Gem- monster from your Deck or banishment to your hand. You can activate both effects in the same turn, but they are once per turn each. Needless to say, this card is insane. It searches for a Gem-Knight or adds one back from banishment and it can Fusion Summon using monsters from Deck and Extra Deck. 3 Underworld Ritual of Prediction which can Ritual Summon a Prediction Princess Ritual Monster from hand or GY face-up or face-down and you can banish it from GY during the Standby Phase to Special Summon a non-Ritual Prediction Princess monster from Deck face-down. 2 Prediction Ritual which can only Ritual Summon Prediction Princess Tarotrei, and you can banish it from GY except the turn it was sent there to search for a Prediction Princess monster. 3 Pre-Preparation of Rites which searches a Ritual Spell from Deck and a Ritual Monster from Deck or GY whose name is mentioned on that card. 1 Foolish Burial. 1 Called by the Grave. And 3 Infinite Impermanence.
Extra Deck: 1 Gem-Knight Lady Brilliant Diamond which must first be Fusion Summoned using 3 Gem-Knight monster as material. And, she can send 1 face-up Gem-Knight monster you control to the Gy to Special Summon a Gem-Knight monster from your Extra Deck ignoring its Summoning Conditions. 1 Gem-Knight Master Diamond Dispersion. 1 Gem-Knight Master Diamond which we are just using as a Level 9. 1 Gem-Knight Lady Rose Diamond for our Extra Deck non-Rock Gem-Knight of choice. 1 Master of Ham which can Special Summon a Flip Monster from hand or Deck face-down on Fusion Summon. 2 Mereologic Aggregator. 1 Laevateinn, Generaider Boss of Shadows and 1 Jormungandr, Generaider Boss of Eternity. 1 Gem-Knight Phantom Quartz which searches a Gem-Knight card on Link Summon and you can pay 1000 LP to Fusion Summon a Gem-Knight Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck by shuffling materials from your GY or banishment into the Deck. 1 S:P Little Knight, 1 I:P Masquerena, and 1 Gravity Controller.
Side Deck: 1 El Shaddoll Construct, 3 Nibiru, the Primal Being, 1 Naelshaddoll Ariel, 3 Shaddoll Fusion, 1 Triple Tactics Talent, 2 Triple Tactics Thrust, 1 Harpie’s Feather Duster, and 3 Evenly Matched. Going second, if your opponent has a monster that was Special Summoned from the Extra Deck, you can activate Shaddoll Fusion sending Ariel and Nepyrim from Deck to Fusion Summon Construct. Then, Chain Link 1 Nepyrim, Chain Link 2 Ariel targeting up to 3 cards in your opponent's GY. Ariel banishes the targeted cards and Nepyrim Special Summons itself, then searching for a Gem-Knight card. Then, if need be, you can enter battle and have Construct attack a monster.
