Ok, so everyone knows that GE is nowhere near "meta". But, I've found some good lines in this deck that will typically let you end on 2-3 negates.
I'll walk you through a line with an "ideal" hand, say, a Galaxy Soldier (GS), Photon Delta Wing (PDW), Photon Orbital (PO), Foolish Burial, and Photon Emperor (PE). (You always want to go first with this deck btw) Activate GS and send PE as cost. CH1 activate GS to add Galaxy Summoner (GSu) to hand, CH2 to bring back PE to field. You'll have 2 normal summons now. Activate PO to attach to whatever, then send to grave to add a Tachyon Primal (TP) to hand. Normal summon PDW, activate to add a 2nd PDW to field. xyz summon Galaxy Photon Dragon (GPD). Activate GPD to add galaxy hundred (GH). Activate GH to send Photon Jumper (PJ). Activate PJ to add whatever, but Hyper Galaxy (HG) is a good pick because it allows you to disrupt opponent's boards and then look at/destroy their extra deck on the next turn. Galaxy Expedition (GE) is also a good pick if you want more rank 8s. Normal summon PSu through PE's effect, use it to bring back PJ. On PJ's summon, user GPD to make it lvl 8. Activate PSu to make GS lvl 4. xyz Starliege Blast. xyz Photon Lord. Activate TP to summon to your field and add a Tachyon Transmigration to hand. Use Foolish to send Galactic Spiral Dragon (GSD), use GSD's effect to bring it back, xyz Dragluxion, use Dragluxion's effect to add a second TT, then use the other effect to xyz Number 38. Set your two TTs and pass turn. You now have 2 omnichains, a monster negate, a spell negate, and anti-targeting, anti-destruction protection on your whole field. Now you just hope they don't superpoly you and ruin your whole board :)
