The goal of this deck is to make Number 62: Galaxy-Eyes Prime Photon Dragon with Photon Dragon and Afterglow as the 2 materials. Battle Phase use Prime's effect to make it 5600, detach Afterglow for 11200 ATK or more. Your hand should hold all the tools you need to get both dragons onto the field and then some, with all the draws, searches, and special summons.
This deck can also go into a normal strategy if there isn't an opportunity to hit, or if both of your Prime Dragons have died.
I recommend swapping out 2 Accellight and the Photon Vanisher for any of the staples you need, if you need them.
